I have recently installed this app to help me add additional features such as; colour swatches and an add-on fee. I love that I can also add a product as a mandatory add-on when the "required" option is selected in the setting. The team member at Avis ( Artemis) was very friendly and helpful. The app is easy to use, and the instructions are easy to follow if you need further assistance.

I had a question and they helped me within 2 minutes in the chat right in Shopify. Artemis fixed everything and was super helpful. Thank you again!

App just randomly stopped working - it's enabled but can't be accessed via the admin. Real shame as this app had great potential and you can setup with ease.

This app helped me in a pinch to find a fix i needed. Support team was extremely helpful and made sure to adapt it to my template because i was having some struggles. Definitely a great option for anyone, i don't usually see this good a support team like Artemis and Luffa in paid apps let alone a free one.

(by Art of the Sea Fine Art Prints) In all my years on this planet, I have never received such amazing customer service as I did when I was setting up the AvisPlus Options Variants app for my fine art prints store. I am not exaggerating here. Judy and Luffa were always there (night and day!) to help guide, educate and troubleshoot in the world of "Conditional Logic" -- a world which was completely unfamiliar to me as an artist. They were helpful, patient, friendly, non-judgmental and amazing challenge solvers. When I say challenge, I should mention here that my store has an unusually large and complex number of options and variables -- partly due to the fact that I carry so many print artworks in so many varying sizes. Most of the time throughout this journey, Judy and Luffa were able to calmly guide me through the set-up process, but whenever they weren't able to answer a query, they communicated with Artemis and Jayden (their "dev" team), who stepped up and answered the call every time. The end result, thanks to the team at AvisPlus, is an intelligent, stream-lined, "conditionally logical" and elegant purchase decision flow for my customers. I had installed and uninstalled the app by mistake. I had re-installed the app and I had then I wasn't able to the app and some features. I contacted support team Judy; she, was very professional and resolved the issue I was having with the app quickly. Avis Product Option Variants is the best app to use on Shopify. Judy even offered assistance in setting up options and customizing. You can't go wrong with Avis Product Options Variants, the best I have seen on Shopify. Thank you so much Judy and your team for helping me with the app.
