Doubled subscriptions in two months with Prive. Easy implementation and great results, couldn't ask for more.

We had some unique requirements for our subscription model, and most other subscription tools tried desperately to convince us to fit their design. We knew what was important to our brand and to our customers, so we kept searching until we found the right one. Prive listened to our needs, made sure they could partner with us successfully before saying yes, and then worked closely with us to build something that fit us perfectly. We had the entire team behind us during integration and implementation, and if we have any questions or feature requests we know we have them at the ready. While our platform has only been live for a couple months, we've already seen incredible success and are thrilled we chose Prive.

An amazing app and team! The backend of the app is easy to use, simple, and very customer-forward. The Prive team is also incredible! They helped us launch in the middle of a site redesign, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to transition from the larger subscription platform. Highly recommend Prive - you won't regret the transition!

We transitioned to Prive from Recharge. This app is MUCH better integrated. The team helped us through the transition and we've had no issues since we switched. We have yet to check out the affiliate marketing function, but are excited to transition that as well.

It is a very complete subscription system! It would be great to have a department with a more European timetable for meeting times. Otherwise great!

After the success we had with Prive on our DTC channel we implemented a new option for our wholesale customers to subscribe with certain incentives to reduce the amount of work for our team. The team is always there ready to help, if there is an issue or a bug it's fixed in less then a day, and they are an overall great partner.

Transitioning from our previous platform, Prive stood out with its human-centric approach and advanced features. The onboarding process was smooth and the Prive team's responsiveness has been outstanding. The user-friendly experience for both merchants and customers has made managing subscriptions a pleasure. The guidance and strategy provided by Prive have played a crucial role in our growth, and the robust data at our fingertips empowers our business decisions. In a nutshell, Prive has been a game-changer for us. If you're considering a switch, we highly recommend it.

I would 100% recommend Prive to any brand offering subscriptions. We were on Recharge for 3+ years and finally decided that it was time to move away from that archaic platform. Prive has been a breath of fresh air in the subscription space. Their support is phenomenal (should out to Kai, Edgar and Claudia), their features are exactly what we need, and the analytics actually load (*cough cough* Recharge). Half of our business is processed through subscriptions, so migrating platforms can definitely be an intimidating task, but the Prive team has made the transition incredibly smooth. Prive > Recharge

After sitting down and working with your team - I SUPER appreciate their help on a Sunday! The app still doesn't bundle the way I was told it does when I got it. I opted to go with another app that has more flexibility, more docs, and is at a lower price point. I understand you all usually work with enterprise clients, at that scale an onboarding call is likely appropriate. For SMB, an app should be able to onboard without having to schedule a call. That would be more of my time spent to find out this app doesn't do what I am looking for, in that time I can get another app set up and running. We love this platform! Nothing compares to Prive. The capabilities are best in class, along with their team. Onboarding and migration from Recharge was a breeze. Highly Recommend if you plan on scaling your subscription model with a top subscription partner.

Prive is not only a lot more seamless than our current subscription provider, but the team handled the entire transition very smoothly. After learning about Prive through a webinar that we joined about subscription services, we knew that when we were ready to have subscriptions, Prive was going to be the service that we went with. Since signing up this past week, we are so happy we did just that! The experience and onboarding process has been really seamless and the Prive team makes themselves readily available to answer any questions you may have. They also reached out to set up a 30 minute meeting to run through the platform and additional questions. We can't recommend Prive enough! The platform is very straightforward, simple to use, and the customer service is amazing! Totally recommend.

Prive offers robust subscription features and addressed some of the main issues with our previous subscription provider. Big fans of the password-less log in, native checkout, clean reporting, and unique gifting capabilities. Not to mention, an awesome team that took care of the entire migration process for us!

If you are looking to integrate subscriptions for your store- Prive is the obvious choice. Fully customizable, intuitive backend and affordable (unlike many other companies I was checking out).

We have used a couple of subscription platforms before Prive and have ben blown away by how good this team/product is! We had quite a complex setup/migration and customization needs which were easily dealt with by Prive. (1000x better than our last migration experience with another subscription platform) They really are a true subscription partner who takes in feedback and applies it quickly to their product by releasing updates and changes faster than we have seen anyone else move. I am genuinely excited for how good this platform is and will be in the future. The customer service is excellent, even though we are in a different time zone, and the platform is all set up to reliability and properly service stores with 10K+ subscribers. We couldn't be happier, thanks Claudia, Kai and the rest of the Prive team!
