We use this app on 1500+ products, and it's mostly useful. In terms of Shopify it works flawlessly. Technical support is doing an amazing work as well.

This app is helping us to keep tabs on a market that fluctuates constantly and allows us to be price concious, when we have to, without the costs of a big team, that we don't have, keeping an eye on the market everyday. We have found it very useful and the team at Prisync have been more helpful and patient than we could ever have hoped for.

The customer service team was super helpful and wanted us to find value with the service and app. We are a very small team and most teams of our size are forced to use only DIY service without a dedicated rep to work with. Prisync had dedicated reps on our account, and their live chat feature was great. There was a definite learning curve to use this service but once we set up pricing rules to track our competitors, we had a good understanding each day of pricing issues and could update our products accordingly.

Fantastic product, a real good tool to have in your box that lets you see the true market position of your products. The customer service is Excellent with virtually instant response, unlike some apps where you end up waiting days for a technical response. We love using this service, customer service (Rep: Görkem Argun) is excellent and hears you and does their best to meet our requirements. They are willing to adapt and listen to new amendments that help client and provider.

Great app and very good service. Only wish is to make dynamic price rules based on tags. But overall a very good app.
