Hi. I was having problems getting the pre-order app to work for our Easter Collection. I did not realize that I had to make an update & embed the app in my store. Sunny replied very quickly, identified the problem & sent me a video link to show me how to update my store. Thanks for the great customer service. Karen, Bean and Goose Chocolate

This app is not designed for stores with rich functionality. The pre-order button replaces the add to cart button only after the page fully loads - very delayed, poor customer experience and risk of orders being created incorrectly. Their team will waste your time promising that they are working on a solution and then another manager will message you days later to say there has been a misunderstanding between their team. My sincere advice is not to go down this route if you plan to scale. If you have a very small, simple business maybe this can work. Extremely poor!

We've used this app for many years. The initial set-up is easy, & it is very easy to maintain while we add new products for pre-order frequently. We recently had an issue, & they were able to solve it in a reasonable amount of time. Every person I've talked with has been responsive & helpful.

Each time you change a setting, it doesn't update correctly and you need to contact support for them to change it, becomes pretty useless. Only compatible with the product page and not with collections shown on the homepage, so customers will still be prompted "Add to cart" or "Buy Now" even though the app is set up correctly. When activating the Pre-order badge, the badge will show on ALL products, including in-stock products. When setting up the Cart note "Pre-order", it will not show on the Mobile version, only on the desktop.
