The app works as it should. I've used this app for at least 6 months now. I'm happy with it, as I have made sales from the app. So far, customer service is very quick (within minutes) and resolved my issues just as fast. I recommend it.

The app has been very good and has many useful features and parameters to configure the badges, the words, look and feel. Although initially there were some issues with displaying the badges, the support team was very responsive, friendly, patient and assuring. And they managed to resolve the issues after some time, proving their technical capabilities. A good app to install. Thanks support team!

Great experience so far - They offer a Free Setup call and walk you through everything. App has all the functions I was looking for regarding dynamic text which shows on the product page, notification email reinstating that it's a pre-order and more. I'd recommend.

Absolutely AWFUL app behavior. If you accidentally have a very successful pre-order, they will cut you off because you hit your limit in the middle of your sale... ..this app cost me THOUSANDS of dollars... avoid like the plague.

We had a small issue with our website, we booked a free call to resolve it. The customer service member Jolo was helping us, we found the issue had already been resolved through the team over the weekend! Great service, Jolo was very patient, kind and knowledgeable, very impressed with the customer service!

I recently installed this app to try out, and so far, I'm very impressed with the features and level of customization available. Also, the customer support is EXCELLENT. Having also tested other Preorder apps such as Notify!, so far I would say this is the best option including the high threshold for preorders and most of all, the personable assistance they provide.
