I run my business based around pre-sales, and this is the perfect app. It's simple to set up and use, it works perfectly, it's priced fairly, and it has all the features I'm looking for. However what really made this app amazing is the customer service. Andrei has been nothing short of amazing. I've had multiple times where I've reached out to him with questions and he has gone above and beyond, answered very promptly.

I think its a cool app. Its a lot easier to use being that I switch from one other app to this. I had an simple issue and I contact support and he was able to fix it right away. I am know able to do a preorder for my store.

The support getting this app set up has been amazing, and they have many new features in the works to make it even more intuitive. Looking forward to our launch with Timesact!

I am using this app in a fairly basic way - simply for pre-orders at the moment. That being said, it does exactly what it claims and was extremely easy to set up. Within 3 hours of it being set up I received my first pre-order so I'd say I anticipate it being a success. I also want to thank support who responded to my request for assistance with the badging in such a timely manner (especially considering I'm in Australia and they are in the US!). Absolutely brilliant service. Keep up the awesome work!

I took a chance and installed this app and oh boy I'm glad i did. Three additional pre-order sales with no issues. There's lots of apps that should give you pause but this isn't one of them!

We have been using the app for about 2 weeks and it does exactly what we needed it to do. Easy to setup pre-order and it allows us to customize the pre-order with a discount, limited quantities and expiry on the pre-order. Customer support was also great when we ran into issues with integrating the app with our theme. Very fast response and Andrei was able to modify our theme so that the app works on the product page, collection page and even the quick add screen. Highly recommend if you want to setup pre-orders the right way.

Have tried different pre-order app, and this one is a hidden gem! Love how simple and user-friendly it is, and it just works perfectly. Much appreciated for Andrei to help with coding, he's very helpful and patiently listen to my needs. Big love x

Great app that gets the job done. I'm releasing pre-orders by variant SKU, and this app allows us to customize requirements at this level. Also, customer service is fantastic. Andrei is very responsive!

I just started using this app, after trying a couple of more established ones. It's very user friendly. Also, though some of the features are still being built, the customer service team managed to customize things for me, such as the badge and the text that goes around the button, in no time.

Auf der Produktseite wird es schön angezeigt und die Grundeinstellung sie übersichtlich. Man braucht eigentlich keine Hilfe oder Support. Die Deutsche Übersetzung funktioniert super. Ich hatte einen Fehler gemacht und habe deshalb den Support angeschrieben und zum Glück in ca. 10 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten, dass das Problem behoben ist. Bleibe auf jeden Fall bei der App. Vielen Dank

Great app. Does exactly what it's supposed to. But the main star is the developer Andrei who proactively suggested ways to improve the integration and did everything fast and for free. Great experience.

Great app, easy to use. The support team (Andrei) is very responsive and was able to perform customizations for our theme. Definitely recommend this app.

This is by far the best app for pre-orders. Customer service is also very helpful. They are very quick to respond and offer a personalized and efficient service. I'm excited to see the new features they are working on.

I use this app for my pre-orders and it helped me section these out separately. This app allows you to customize more freely with all of your products. I recently reached out to customer support (Andrei) about getting the new feature of the pre-order badge for products enabled. He promptly and efficiently replied to enable this function. Andrei also let me know I could disable and enable myself whenever I choose to. This app is one of the better ones as it continues to be updated with new features and customizations. I usually don't write reviews but Timesact has had such a positive effect on my business that I had to share my experience with this app. The installation was a breeze and I received excellent customer service from Andrei making a few customizations to my theme. I have had the app a few days and am already generating a lot of sales that I would have missed out on while I am waiting on new inventory to arrive. If you are looking for a pre-order app, don't hesitate to install this one!
