First time installing the free version of this app, I expected to encounter hiccups due to my lack of experience with the app. I was fortunate enough to contact Rosie who helped me with my first roadblock of setting up a pre order item. The Back in Stock feature was easy to install and customize to fit seamlessly onto our site, including customizing the restock emails to match our brand guidelines. The help desk was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our customization questions.
