Can't say enough good things about this app and the lightning fast support. This app saves countless hours of updating product description for those items not yet available in stock. Works really well for both pre-sale and coming soon items and stood up to some real pressure on the recent LRSD promotion where a lot of items came online just at the right time. Any questions are promptly answered by the support team, even on Sundays. Highly recommended and really good vfm.

I installed this app to take pre-orders and mark some products with Coming Soon labels. Most of my site was built using PageFly page builder. I tried a number of apps for this purpose and none worked with PageFly. This app was easy to install, worked with most of my PageFly pages immediately and for those that did not, their tech support team fixed the implementation in a couple of days. The app is very easy to use. I'm extremely happy with it. Giving only 4 stars for now because I haven't been able to test it much with live orders yet. Definitely recommend.

This was the only app I found that allowed me to easily add "coming soon" to a selection of products. Easy to figure out and use. Developer responds quickly with questions and issues.

I have a pre-sale sort of business. This app literally saved me hours every pre-sale as I now don't have to manually input anything, I can set the timer and it does what I used to do over hours! Love it. App developers are also very helpful and fast.

I would really recommend this app! Very cost-effective and Customer Service is 5/5 for being very helpful on assisting you on your store setup/concerns. We hope there will be an option to update the products via a excel or .csv file in the near future, so that when you have hundreds of products for pre-orders, it would be more efficient to update the dates and status on a .csv file - download then upload again for changes. Other than that, this app is amazing and worth it!

Simple and great! does what it says it will. Sent a request to customer service, wanted to change the style of the badge to match our store - they fixed it within 24h.

So far I have only used it for Pre- Orders. Very easy to use, simple app - does just what it says it will.

Great app that works both on a product and variant level!! Also, great customer service - would highly recommend.

I use this app every month to allow customers to preview upcoming products and it's been the best marketing tool for me! I also recently needed some help customizing the buttons and the team went WAY above and beyond to help me make it happen. Can't recommend them enough—so happy with this app!

Very impressed with the app. We have some items we want people to know are coming but not confuse them in thinking they can buy it. This app allowed for a visual "Coming Soon" label in collection view and changed the add to cart button to "coming soon" with a literal flick of the button. Some things didn't look correct in my theme and the support team adjusted it right away to make it perfect. Very pleased!

Worked right away, I did not have to chat with or need support. Reasonably priced as well. I would recommend it! and would use it again in other stores.

This app is perfect for our store's needs! it allows me to pre sell and gain interest on upcoming products. Love it.. Adam assisted me with a small customisation and it's all ups and running.. would definitely recommend! well done.

INCREDIBLE customer service and the app is working as it should! The only thing I wish this app has is, being able to set different release dates for different versions of the same product.

I had some issues getting this app to work smooth with my paid theme however they emailed me back instantly and worked to fix the problem within minutes. Its working great now I love it!

Initially had issues with getting the app to work - but it was up and running pretty quickly and does exactly what it says - a bit expensive - but worth it to showcase our holiday products ahead of season to start generating interest. Support team is prompt and friendly. For the price - I think the actual app is a little bare bones aesthetically speaking - but again - it does what it says.

I recommend this app 100% works great, & user friendly. Customer service is amazing! You Guys Rock!!

Excellent App - we had a slight issue with the tabs not showing correctly but we contacted the developer and had a response withing 1 hour and the issue had been resolved.

I was looking for a way to offer my customers a chance to pre-order products, lots of options on Shopify apps, but "Coming Soon Products Preorders by Gravity Software" stood out because of their clean integration to my site. It's easy to enable products to be either coming soon or as pre-orders. I had a few design needs that needed to be addressed, I contacted the Gravity Software team and they were very quick to respond and did the modifications without any flaws. I highly recommend this app.
