This is a great, and easy-to-use app. Honestly, I tried to build them without reading the instructions, so it took me a bit to learn how to use - but I love it! Their support is very fast, and sticks with you until the issue is resolved!

10/10, this is the form builder you should use. I don't often leave reviews, but this is an excellent product. Easy to use right out of the gate The customer service is also unmatched compared to other form builders available. Live service and will respond to you in minutes. Very happy to have found this & it has saved me so much time!

Fantastic app for building forms with lots of options for customizations. Integrates nicely with Shopify.

Have been using for years, very good app. it provides all the functions we need, and very easy to build.

App is very easy to use, and the support is excellent. I expect they will continue to add new features. The design tools and conditional logic led us to this solution over others we evaluated.

Great set of apps. We use the Form Builder and Popup apps and both do exactly what they need to. We had a little trouble getting the Popups to show up on some of our items, but Richcarde with support was very knowledgeable and resolved our issue quickly

This app is really easy to use and they have WONDERFUL support! Richcarde has been super helpful on their support team! Two issues I have are: 1) I wish there was a bit more customization available, and I wish the form loaded faster on our website (it's always the last element to load on the page).
