This app is very intuitive from the admin side, presents well and Globo team is very quick about making changes if your theme doesn't integrate with it automatically. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking to have an easy to use form builder!

I love it. It is super simple to use, easy to set up, easy to integrate with Mailchimp -- 5+ stars! Plus, customer service was very quick to respond to a question and gave me the perfect solution for what I was trying to do. This form is a huge help in growing my business.

Great Feataures. Would be nice to add a form group field, which allows the user to replicate the form fields inside that group as many times as possible. So adding rows in principle.

Very simple, intuitive app to create any type of form. I added a Request a Quote in a product page and their support team helped me add it quickly with very little coding required. Excellent helpful customer support!

I have just completed my first form, and it is quite clean. Although it is not overly intuitive, I very much appreciated the short videos on how to embed the form into various pages, products, etc. I will update this review as I get more familiar with the App. Also, as a new business getting nickled and dimed around every corner, I am ever so grateful to Globo for making this free. You guys are awesome!

Really easy form builder - I recently migrated from WordPress where I had a lot of flexibility and I was concerned that Shopify would be a bit restrictive but this app shows me that it can be as flexible as WP!

Easy to set up and customize and does what I need for a reasonable price! Plus it looks great! Thank you!!

This form builder provide lots of features/options and should fit most user case. It will be nice if ther's a field type for adding custom JS to add more logic to the form.
