We have been using the PostCo 360 app for around 5 months now, and I really can't recommend it enough. It has totally streamlined our returns process by giving our customers a far more professional and simplified experience whilst keeping managing returns extremely easy for our team. The app is really adaptable, clean, simple to use, with 1st class and flawless support from PostCo when needed. We would honestly give more than 5 stars if we could! Keep up the great work!

PostCo 360 has been such a great upgrade for us, it does almost everything we need, and makes processing returns simple and efficient. The business support is also fantastic! The only thing we would love to see is if our customers could select different items to exchange for through the app. Other than that this App is amazing.

Trust me I vetted over 12 other apps - NOTHING comes close to this one for managing returns, refunds, exchanges and store credits. Have been testing this out to manage returns & exchanges. So far so good. Support is amazing and they are doing updates regularly.
