Well holy cheese!!!!! This app is a dream~ and works perfectly for what I needed!!!!!!!! Bless!!!!!! Another pleasant surprise was that it doesn't just record sessions as they happen, but it also shows where returning visitors are coming from!!! Wowzers~! I never would have known, otherwise!!! Whomever came up with this app idea was really on the ball!✨✨✨✨✨

Easy to set up and use. You get a good visualisation of user behaviour on the website and can sometimes lead to very actionable insights.

A visitor recording app that does what it says perfectly and is FREE? I thought it was too good to be true and possibly have some limitations but I am proven wrong! The app is wonderful - setup is seamless, shows replays perfectly and has enough filters for store events. What more can one ask for? Heatmaps maybe! :P

An amazing & cool Shopify app. A good & cool option of recording your customers' actions on your website. This really helps you to work on the things which annoy your customers or doesn't look good. The screen recorded video has a little bit defect in the quality, when viewed. But no prob. it's an amazing app!!

Very useful app to see where potential customers leave my site which helps me to identify any problems my site may have. I have already spotted a couple of areas on my site which need improvement and which may be preventing people from reaching checkout. easy to install.

To be able to see where your customers go on your store is really powerful, where they pause what they read before hopefully making a purchase is great, we are now tailoring our store with more content that our customers enjoy and getting rid of some of the stuff they seem to skip over. Who doesn't like a little popcorn !!

Amazing customer service respond speed, I see why their reviews are either 5 or 4 stars! Their FAQs answered all my common questions, checkout page cannot be monitored and this is universal amongst all similar apps. So far, tested similar apps, and this one is showing a better recording overall.

Not too fancy but records a lot of sessions for a free app. Easy to use, you can filter recordings based on sessions you're interested in. Great, overall.
