I think one of the best app you can ever get on Shopify and above all it free, I recently started the usage and it was like WOW

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is the BEST app on Shopify. It lets you see EXACTLY what customers are doing on your site so you can fine tune it. It records everything accurately and works VERY WELL. Sessions are available immediately after the customer logs off the store. It's absolutely AMAZING and EXACTLY what I needed. I definitely recommend this. ANY business owner would appreciate this. I will give it 1,000,000,000 stars.

Think it's a good app, it can let us know what problem we still got on our website. And improve from the angle of potential buyer, it can let us know how fast a user open a page, and what pages he has viewed,then we can analyse how to improve the replay. really like it. Great app so far - seems to be doing a good job, recordings are coming through fine and you can see skip straight to whatever page you like which is a nice feature. Oh and it's free - what more can you ask!
