I recently started using this Shopify app for product bundles and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! Not only is the app user-friendly and efficient, but the customer support I received from Joyce was outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with the app and even offered helpful tips and tricks along the way. Her patience and attention to detail made me feel like I was her top priority. I highly recommend this app and its customer support team, especially Joyce, who provided a top-notch experience.

I have to be honest, this app is great for the type of discount feature it offers, as not a lot of discount apps allow you to set specific quantities for bundles and only discount those specified quantities. But unfortunately, it's time-consuming to set up and isn't laid out to be very user-friendly. It feels like the app has been published when it's not quite finished and could be improved in many ways. But the baseline of the apps and the discount function are great, so just needs a bit more tweaking before it would be user-friendly and flexible like other apps. The customer service is very polite and very friendly, but not very informative, which I can see being good for customers who may not know and not want to know about the functions behind issues, but for anyone who has been using Shopify for a while and has a base understanding of how code and apps work, they don't provide a lot of information. There was an error between their app and another app I was using, which unfortunately lead to me removing the app from my store, so be aware of this being a possibility when installing. Overall I do want to give them credit for having an app function that is hard to find and for having very polite and friendly staff to communicate with, which is the main reason I provided 3 stars, but the points made above would need to be improved before I could say this app is recommended.

App doesn't work at all and theres no support. There are lots of better alternative apps. Was a waste of time to install and set up.

The app had great design capability and great customer support but I really needed to be able to apply discount code while still having quantity discount applied and that was not an available feature yet. Still a great app tho!

This app has great functionality which is easy to set up compared of a lot of others I looked at. I've been using this App for a year to implement discounts. What I like is that I can create discounts at a granular level, product by product and that the configuration of the discount structure is really easy to setup. Also, the support is really good. They will assist you on setup if needed and from within the App, there are Chat, Email, Phone Support options. I recently worked with Joy in the Support Chat to understand how the discount order of precedent works from Overall to Collection to Product and Joy was very helpful and provided all of the answers to my questions quickly.

The app is really good, with it I've been able to put a quantity discount structure on to over 900 items in my store. The support team is absolutely amazing! They are quick to respond, have been able to solve my problems and help me get exactly what I wanted from the app. Joyce and the entire team are wonderful to work with, and I could not be happier with the support from them, they are a huge part of what makes the app so good!
