I am not a technical person, so it takes some time to get it right, but it is easy to customize each form and you made it so super easy to implement. Amazing app! We've been waiting for something like this since years. Until now we've been using Klaviyo for notification e-mails, but the templates on OrderlyEmails are beautiful and save us so much time on design. There aren't any other notification apps out there that are this good and this cheap - I don't know how any store could possibly go without it. If I could make a suggestion (although I know it's asking for a lot): it would be great to be able to have ready texts in other languages instead of doing the translating ourselves. Maybe start out with the main languages used on Shopify stores.

Brilliant app, very easy to use and the customisation is really good. It makes emails look a lot better than the standard templates. Support is brilliant too. I highly recommend this app!

Very nice layouts ! the only thing i wish that it had is an auto update when i change (edit ) something so i would not have to re do the html codes . other than that it is great . make sure you have everything the way you want it before pasting the codes . other than that it is great !!!

Already have the Order Printer template so thought we will try this out. Well worth the effort. Same as the last time, Bjorn was of great help and did some modifications on request. We now have the nice templates online at global.amantelingerie.com :) Super easy, convenient and pretty!

Update: They fixed the issue with the fonts. And even went ahead and added some extra fonts AS Per request in it! So they did great. ONE major issue is hiding certain fields, like the payment type, you can edit WHAT it says below it but you cannot remove parts of template unless you know how to edit html. thats the only thing that makes me want to remove 1 star. Ok I love their printer templates; the email templates not so much. The font selections do not work and do not properly put it in the HTML format. I get that it wont show on the preview but wouldnt that be the best option? How do we know what its going to look like without a preview?

Great app. I like the one time charge and the ease of installation. The developer is very attentive which is impressive. You can customize and professionalize all of the notifications in an intuitive way. A couple of small details (eg. reason for a refund) will not be sent to a customer but I believe that this is not an issue of the developer but another Shopify shortcoming. Otherwise, this is a beautiful, wonderful app with great support. Well done!

This is a fantastic app! Why the default Shopify receipts/emails look so bad is beyond me. OrderlyEmails fixes this issue with a great interface -- you will be up and running in minutes. Plus, you can replace ALL of Shopify's terrible emails, not just a few as other apps offer. OrderlyEmails look really great and were super easy to create and implement. We tried a few of the competitors and there is no contest — OrderlyEmails beats them easily. Big plus that it is a one-time fee, not a montly fee as some of the others.

Love this!! Played around with it first before I decided to buy. When I decided to purchase all my test-work transferred over and nothing was lost. Perfect!! Installation process was super easy, everything taken care of in a really smart way...very very happy customer!! When I contacted the app developer to discuss a couple of tweaks got helpful answers, nice to know there are real people behind this :-) This is my second purchase from this developer and highly recommend!!

I've been meaning to sort out my shoddy emails for months, and then found this and did it in 5 minutes. Easy to follow steps so even a code amateur like me couldn't mess it up.

I have been struggling for 3 days trying to build my DIY notification emails. I was desperate making it responsive when I found out about OrderlyEmails. Maaan that app saved me soo much time. I set up my logo, colors and custom texts, and in 30 minutes my notifications were ready on my store. Very convenient, easy to use, and well made designs. The ++ : you pay one time and use your design forever, no subscribtion, no additionnal cost. Worth it !

As the others have mentioned, this is a great app. We were up and running in 10 minutes. The email template looks great and the service from Bjorn has been fantastic. The transactional emails from Shopify look terrible. If you don't know HTML and you want a solution that looks great and just works right out of the box, Orderly is the one.

I used Spently app for our emails. It costs $9.99 monthly. I thinks it's too expensive for transaction emails. So I was looking for good email templates on themeforest.net. But it was not easy to customize email templates for shopify. But I found that they make an amazing email app. Yon don't need to pay monthly. I have some feature requests. It would be great if you could add promotional ads to the emails. And I'd like to add custom buttons to shipping confirmation email. We need buttons of different tracking URLs for some countries.

It’s simple: If you have a Shopify store, you want this app. Really. Shopify’s transactional emails are spartan. If you want to look pro, you need to spice them up a bit. There are several apps that do this, but none—and I’ve installed and tried them all—do it as simply and cleanly as OrderlyEmails. The proof is in the pudding: I spent many, many hours working up designs using those other popular Shopify apps, the ones that have gazillions of positive reviews. And yet the email design I got after 10 minutes of fiddling with OrderlyEmails was substantially better than all of them. I really cannot overstate the bang for the buck that this app gives you. The fact that you'll be up and running in minutes is only icing on the cake for any busy store owner. And the best part? You don’t have to buy anything until you’ve created the design. I wish all developers would take this approach.

I couldn't be happier with this app. Bjorn has done a great job here. The design looks great, it's easy to edit, it's easy to implement, and the support has been fantastic. I'm really impressed :-) With a little tweaking, I've also combined this with 'Order Printer Templates' (to make nice PDF templates) and 'Order Printer Emailer' (to create download links to the PDF templates) and added it to my email template. Now, I have a really nice email notification that goes out to clients and includes a link to download a PDF which has also been branded and styled to look fantastic. Not content with just the clients getting the fancy looking emails, I also tweaked the template for the New Order Notification email (that we receive) to include a link to download the PDF for the styled Packing Slip that we created with his other apps. The three apps work really well together and I'm one very happy little Vegemite :-)
