I wanted to share my experience. I had some issues I encountered with the app. Initially, I reached out for assistance through live chat, but it didn't go as planned. However, after contacting the support team, I received a prompt response, and everything seemed to be on track until I didn't get a reply back. It turns out they were on holiday, unfortunately, I wasn't informed, leading to some confusion on my end. I had been patiently waiting for updates, unaware of the situation. Despite this initial hiccup, they later apologized multiple times and addressed the few problems I was facing. I truly appreciate their efforts in resolving the issues. Free app for new starters who don't want to or need to pay. Links easily onto Shopify with following the simple instructions. The customer service is so prompt and efficient! They helped me to add the stars onto the main collection page as I could not do it solo! Wish I'd contacted them earlier as I'd spent hours trying to figure it out lol Love this app. Thank you to the customer services advisor for your support!

It's in English and takes a while to understand, but it's a good free app since the Shopify app is no longer available. Nov.18. (P.S.) Thank you for immediately responding to my request for Japanese. However, there is another problem. Most themes are programmed to be compatible with the free "Product Review" app managed by Shopify, but this app is not currently offered and some pages do not work properly. We will have to wait for the theme makers to address this issue, but we hope you will consider working with Shopify to address this issue as well. Our thanks to the staff at MyAppGurus.
