This apps has everything to build a successful marketplace. i needed help with configuration my shipping, I received excellent customer service from Vashu Bhatt thank you so much for your amazing help!

Absolutely Amazing. One thing I wish it had was better explanations of some of the tools. A lot of the words are misspelled and their functions aren't exactly clear. Other than that I'm blown away by their customer service, and the availability of functions their tool offers. I have yet to test it in the real world (I'm a ways away from launching) but so far I'm very happy with what I can do.

We have been using the Multi-Vendor Marketplace app on Shopify for nearly 2 years now and have to say that the support they offer is fantastic - quick responses to questions asked and more recently assisting in the addition of an API app to allow our Vendors to upload their stock and pricing via an API - a requirement when Vendors are selling across multiple marketplaces. We are continuing to develop sites with the Webkul Multi-Vendor app and are pleased to recommend them - we'd be more than happy to speak with any Shopify users looking to use this application to share our experiences.

We have not gone live with the multivendor marketplace but plan to do so on Monday. I have minimal coding experience and the app can feel very intimidating at first glance. We are trying to create a marketplace for a very niche market where the sellers are not professional vendors but just individuals selling their own items. The app has the capacity to do much more than we need but it can also be simplified immensely. Their customer support is unmatched, it is truly truly great. I probably ask them 2 to 3 questions every time I am working on the app and they are very kind and helpful. We are excited to launch the marketplace on our store and I am confident that even if it is not super smooth initially the support team will be able to help us out!

Customer service is spectacular Vashu Bhatt was very efficient. The application is very good, it has many features, in fact it works better than large marketplaces in the country.

The support team from Webkul is amazing. I've had so many questions setting the system to our needs; they have been there each step of the way, they even went far and beyond of what you would expect. The software they develop is very good, but their customer support is superb.

Very nice and helpful support. The app serves its purpose. However, since I place a lot of value on usability and design, I probably won't continue to use the app. 4 stars from me. By the way, the support should stop asking penetratingly for ratings. If i may submit a suggestion for improvement: change the usability of your dashboards and use an appealing design, at least for the customer area, so that people want to use your solution. Otherwise the website looks very trashy and confusing. Unfortunately, you are the only vendor marketplace app in the app store, so I have to use a CMS other than Shopify for my project.
