After 10 days, the app still hasn't been installed. For some reason they had trouble receiving my email confirming the setup, and after some back and forth via email, I've decided to use a different app instead. Not sure if it's a tactic to use up the free trial period, because I can't help but feel the stalling was deliberate. Anyway: wouldn't recommend based on the set up time.

The setup process and help from the support team were great! We ended up not needing this app so I didn't get to experience all it has to offer. However, I can see how this app would be super helpful for the right issue.

While the platform/interface was hard to use and didn't have a lot of instructions to guide you, the customer service was excellent and very quick. The best I've had so far with any shopify app. Yash was very attentive to my needs and quick to respond. He solved all of my problems on the spot!

I just received a demo from Reshma Bhagwani and she was very helpful and the demo itself was quick. They've been working behind the scenes to set up the app for me. So far it's been worth it.

I have been using Multi Country Pricing App for past 3 months and the entire experience has been very smooth so far. The application does exactly what it is required to do in the cleanest and easiest possible way. The team is quite responsive and helpful too. Had been interacting with Yash and he was always able to sort out our queries and provide on the spot solutions. Shall definitely recommend the application to everyone looking to enhance their international reach.

I was forever looking for a solution on how to use different currencies with different prices for different locations. I wanted a solution that automatically shows the home currency of wherever the client is based, which usually only is available when you have the shopify enterprise plan. Then I found this app and it makes life so much easier, it comes with a cost, but it's worth it. One central app to manage all your currencies and different prices for different currencies. (e.g. selling a serum in the US for $100, and in Europe for 50 Euro). Customer service is excellent! Quick and speedy response. Reshma was my contact and always helpful, we had a 15 mins onboarding call where she explained everything and even offered me other apps that are super helpful for my store.

The team at MLVeda are very easy to work with and got the app configured for our store in no time. The app works as expected, allowing us to maintain specific set pricing for each region, and not solely relying on a simple exchange rate, allowing us to maximize revenues.

Excellent customer service however installing this app will mean you cannot use your Facebook Advertising - product feed. I would definitely re-install this app again if they have this fixed.

Good customer support even though its not 24/7 but still good responsive, It didn't have the feature we were looking for but as with what we have experienced it is a good app for the right business.

Only install on test site. They have no idea what they are doing even when following their instructions. All my product pages are now showing the same product twice because of them and their install ... Have deleted the support account and Shopify will now fix their mess. Funny your name comes up in my coded if you have not done any install of the app. Funny the issues were not there before your dev started working on it ... Great way to push away responsibility!

We originally installed this app in order to create a good customer experience for customers reaching our site from different areas in the world. They are easily able to see the prices in their own currency. This is an excellent app. It is very easy to maintain and use. The initial setup requires MLVeda to create a product for you however they are quite fast at this. I originally rated this app as 4/5 stars. However, MLVeda took initiative and solve the problem which I noted in my rating quite quickly. I am therefore upgrading my ranking to 5 stars. The best reason to get this app is the great support from the MLVeda team. Reshma with MLVeda has taken continual initiative on solving problems and improving our experience.

This app really helps our shopify website to display Multi currencies in single place. Yash is very supportive to accommodate changes on live site on time. Their code can be more clean. I hope in future they will do this. and we will continue to use their services.

A great app once you get used to feeding in the prices - best to use bulk upload option. Reshma and team are super when it comes to customer service and are always available to help.
