I'm using the free version and needed help installing it. Since it's free, I wasn't expecting too much help and was preparing to delete the app. Shaba came to my rescue and helped me install it. Then she helped me move the converter on my site exactly where I wanted it. So far, so great.

This is awesome app & their customer support is best, They called me and solved my problem. Ayesha, was very friendly, supportive and polite. I recommend this app to every new comers of shopify.

Wow. I had a little hiccup at the start with it not working straight away. Customer service was straight onto it. Then it kicked in.......do not use shopify markets currency converter, it doesn't work properly and sends everyone back to your original currency when buying. This in the last 48 hours has DOUBLED MY SALES. This is the BEST currency converter I've seen hands down, my opinion of course. It has everything.

great customer service and aftersales, i subscribed to the app and had an issue the widget wasn't matching with the theme , i requested them to adjust the code so it bends with the theme and the style of the site. they did it perfectly. highly recommended better then any other currency switcher app.

Have had great support from the developers (timely and accurate) and have also found this app to be the most flexible in terms of what we show our customers - many other apps give you no choice but to show every currency under the sun - this allows very easy changes. Shaba in particular has been awesome.

I did not get the set up right at first, but after contacting the help center, Uchit was very helpful. He was patient with my requests and even helped change some settings personally. If not for anything, the customer service is top notch. Thanks Uchit and the team

Edit 2023: 3 years later, I'm still using this app and all is going great! Original Review: I've been using this app for about 6 weeks now. The customer service was great, I needed help setting it up and they blended with my theme. Today I tried switching to shopify's free 'Geolocation' app, and it was a mess. This app works with the inbuilt theme currency selector, where the Geolocation app does not. It's also automatic and doesn't require more pop ups or banners, something I appreciate highly. I recommend it to everyone. My only complaint is it's a little expensive. But hey, it works exactly as it should and fits perfectly with my theme.
