I haven't dived into using the app to it's fullest potential yet but I did get a great customer service call this morning and I believe it deserved a 5 star rating for MailMunch.

Since starting my business several people have recommended MailChimp/MailMunch. Im preparing for a huge launch I paid money for the app and it does not perform. Customer Service is non existent....very disapointed

Works like a charm. Nice clean customizable popups. Getting more subscribers than we ever have before. Really easy to use great templates.

WOW! I am not sure if this is useful app as of yet as I have only signed up and added Mail Chimp to my website however, I have high hopes. Very easy setup.

Works great. I really like how the cite works. I need to hit the 100 character limit. Im almsot there

bad Support service ever. I don't recommend. need to wait 3 days to get their reply for the ticket. worst.....

I like the app, it is really helpful. But I would like if the 'body' section would be easier to edit, I got the handle of it but it took a while.

The subscribe icon is not popping on the desktop. It pops up on the mobile. I will be deleting this app from my shopify if it continues not to work properly.

Very unreliable APP, the charges suddenly increased dozens of times, but did not inform the reason, I have emailed to ask the reason three or four times, and there is still no reply, bad after-sales

I highly recommend this app really helps the customer to re-visit the store. It's a automated mail .

Easy to use and its completely free. I don't have to struggle at all to apply this app, I recommend the app to anyone that wants to start a shopify store.

Really easy to work with, this was my first attempt and it took me minutes. Fingers crossed it generates some subscribers for me.

Autoresponders email: with a free plan you can do it, also with the pop up. I highly recommend this app, because it allows you to better control and manage your marketing strategies and techniques.

I loved how easy it was to integrate into my Shopify store. Just starting my online shop can be a bit scary but it is nice knowing that this is one of the easier parts of the process!

Ich finde diese App sehr gut, am Anfang muss man ein bisschen überlegen aber dann gehts, ich werde nach Möglichkeit bestimmt auf Premium umsteigen :) I think this app is very good, at the beginning you have to think a little bit but then it goes, I will definitely switch to premium if possible :)

This app is very easy to setup and use. It is pretty straightforward and readily gives you what you need for user subscription and autoresponder.
