Der Einstieg ist sehr einfach und man wird gut geführt. Das simple Handling ist ein großes Plus. Auch installation usw. ist super einfach! Lob dafür! Für eine vollumfassende Auswertung liegen mir noch zu wenige Daten vor, aber ich bin sehr positiv angetan vom Look. Sehr viel besser als Konkurrenzprodukte! Danke und lieben Gruß

very good apps

Very nice application. Everything is clearly visible on my website. I recommend.

We previously used HotJar, but changed over to Lucky Orange due to the integration with Shopify. Glad we did! It is much easier to you and and has a lot more features available. Really like the filters and heat maps for both desktop and mobile. In addition, like the customer profile information to see repeat customers within the data storage limit. I was very impressed with how the break out the events and provide tagging as well. Highly recommend!

Lucky Orange is such a hidden gem! We had an onboarding call with Justin Tomlinson who showed us all the features of the app and I'm blown away! I'm especially impressed by the heatmap feature and the recordings as I know it'll help us find areas of improvement. Justin was very patient and answered all our questions.

This app is essential to my business. Tracking customer behavior has been essential with each new change on my website. Their customer support responds swiftly and thoroughly. They have the time and patience to resolve any issue I may have. If I have a problem, I feel as if someone on their end will happily resolve it.

After using this App since 2017 I must say the the new dashboard needs to be re-designed. You have lost function for form. We the retailer are facing the customer and this new dashboard does not do half of what the old version did. Quite disappointed. It is running like a beta version. David Foster The Abbey Collection
