Lucky Orange hilft definitiv, das Nutzerverhalten zu verstehen und den Onlineshop basierend darauf zu optimieren. Das Dashboard ist übersichtlich. Einzig die begrenzte Anzahl der getrackten Sitzungen pro Monat finde ich ein bisschen ärgerlich.

Helpful and informative app

Lucky Orange is by far one of the greatest apps I have used for my business. It has helped me recognize vulnerabilities in my conversion optimization to increase sales overall. I feel few apps on Shopify are worth the money, but Lucky Orange is by far the best. If you're sales are suffering and you don't know why, Lucky Orange will tell you. The recordings are amazing and do not slow your store down. 10/10 recommend for any e-commerce business.

Amazing it is so useful

LO is a good way to track visits, however, not all visits record and/or play. The conversion funnels and analytics are helpful tools to see where visitors drop off and to check how successful social media campaigns were to drive traffic to our site.

BEWARE. Don't hit your limit, any data on your account is inaccessible (including history) making the app useless. Reached out to customer service and was ignored. There's a no refund policy, so once the transaction goes through, your money is gone. Since I hit the limit in a day (not realizing anything and everything is counted towards the sessions), I have literally a day each month to see my data and then it's gone. Trapped for a year in this scenario. The bad experience does not incentivize me to upgrade, as I don't want to give them anymore of my money. It's not worth it.

It didnt work for our Impact theme, the hole recording is gliched so we sadly could not use the replays feature. The support said, its currently a bug but it will not be fixed right now. There was no more effort to try and fix my issue. I asked for a refund since the app is not wokring like intended, that was over a month ago, i was charged with 40€ even after chainging the plan to free. I even have the promis for the refund written, on email, but sadly that has not happened jet. Dissapointed to say the least

This is one of the best on site analytics tools I've come across. Tons of useful features that you'd usually have to download multiple tools to get from, plus super user friendly interface. It is the must have analytics tool for Shopify store owners!

Nützliches Tool, sehr übersichtlich und sehr funktionell. Man hat alles auf einen Blick was die Besucher auf deinem Webshop genau machen. Dadurch gewinnt man wertvolle Informationen über das Kundenverhalten und kann dann seinen Shop entsprechend optimieren. Genial!

I highly recommend Lucky Orange. After I installed, I immediately saw the customer drop of areas on my site and we are able to identify the issues. Lucky Orange has great tools to analyze the customer journey and showing us how to improve our conversion. There customer service is great and our onboarding call was super helpful and educating! Works perfectly, essential in your store to track and see sessions for improving data collecting, best app of this kind for sure, analysis tools are just awesome like heatmaps ecc... totally worth the money.

Emilia was really helpful and explained every aspect of this app. It gives in depth analysis about traffic.

Not started using this properly yet, but after an onboarding call with Emilia I am excited to get started.... Hopefully Lucky orange will help me get to the bottom of my conversion challenges.
