Loyalty Lion was a great find for us! The team is insightful and thoughtful with their directions in strategy and program development. The platform seamlessly integrated within our Shopify store and was a low lift internally as a result! We are thankful to have them as an extension of our team.

Whilst we didn't have the best onboarding experience with Loyalty Lion, our customer relations manager Hannah has been amazing with helping us optimise our loyalty programme, responding promptly to any queries or concerns we have and finding a solution and scheduling regular calls to run through our progress with LL. Scam! not recommended at all, I requested to cancel the subscription, and they charged me $499 after that. I will send a complaint to Shopify about that

We recently updated our site so our Loyalty page stopped working. I went back and forth multiple times with a rep with no resolution. I reached out again and Sathiya was able to solve my problem in one simple email! I would give Sathiya 5 stars! My frustration from going back and forth with little to no help beforehand determined my rating of 4 stars overall.

Loyalty Lion managed our Transition from another Loyalty Program efficiently and successfully. Luana - our Customer Success Manager - was, and continues to be, very attentive while we learn and manage the new system. That said, the software itself is very intuitive and easy to operate, from both a merchant and customer experience. We're looking forward to growing into the program and utilising all of it's amazing features and benefits. We have received excellent support and ongoing guidance from Christian and look forward to continue growing and expanding our Loyalty Program.

Jonathan was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty app. We were missing the ability to use gift cards as a reward. This feature was available from our previous app due to a limitation from Shopify that was recently lifted. He pushed to get that feature implemented for us and it will be live for us next week! One thing I wish they would improve is the email editor. It could use a bit of a refresh as the default emails look really dated and the editor is really basic. Most of the emails can be sent via Klaviyo but it looks like the referral email can't. However, you can customize it to your heart's content if you know HTML/CSS.

Great Service from First Contact to Launch. Jonathan was with us for each step of the onboarding and responded thoroughly to the many enquiries we had prior to launch.
