HORRIBLE app! Steer Clear! My customers not only didn't get their sign up points, but their balances kept showing $0 even after multiple purchases. What a disaster! I have since uninstalled the app.

Why wasn't I contacted? You changed to a paid system and just blocked my site and customers without telling us? We gave you loads of ideas for future development and in return, that's what you do? No one there could pick up a phone or send an email or jump on live chat on our website? That's how you treat your first generation of customers its disgusting.

I love how accurate this app is. Very fast and reliable. The team Artem has is so helpful and amazing. Im so very happy as are all my customers!

Customer Support Was GREAT! We had some issues getting it to work with our site but they fixed the issues asap! Great FREE App. We were ALMOST about to pay a $500 a month plan with another app company due to our customer base.

Issues, issues, and more issues. All we have had is problems with this app. After considerable time and effort we gave up on it ever working. The fact that it can't be used with dynamic categories is a HUGE flaw. The app developers did try to help but even with their effort, it never functioned correctly. If you have a small amount of products and can actually get it to work, it might be ok for you.

Great app. It has a lot of basic features and customization isn't too great, as in their current features are "bare bones" compared to other apps which offer more features (but cost a lot of money). Don't get me wrong though, even if I find it bare bones, it still provides features that are very useful and they are enough for upstarting businesses. It's definitely worth investing in this app. They are currently working a lot on this app too, so I am expecting more and more great features in the future! I have even recommended a few features to their support team which I hope they will implement. They also have a suggestion website. On another note, their support team is very helpful and do live up to the claim that they are readily available at all times. It only took a minute for a representative to chat with me within the app. It's a handy feature and you don't have to bother with emails when contacting them. Their team can help you with some more in-depth customization if you ask (such as replacing a background in the pop up). All you need to do is provide the graphics and make them yourself / find the dimensions you need. Here's a few features I would like to have in this app (I might go back and add more in the future): - Points gained on account creation or customer set birthday. - Points gained through email newsletter signup by clicking a generated link in the email which can only be redeemed once per account. - Fully customizable pop up elements in a UI (e.g. being able to edit heading color title, background image, buttons and more from within the app without using coding).

SpurIT Team have been a great help and were very quick to respond. They have responded within minutes, and made changes the same day! They translated the widget according to my wishes, and also changed the colour scheme of the Loyalty Program Points Manager, so that it now looks as part of the store. Since, I come from Slovenia, you can assume not many loyalty programs support translations, and they usually want to charge for translations, that store owner basically has to make by himself. Thank you Alexander and SpurIT Team! :D

This is an excellent app. I installed it and it has worked very well. The support is a little delayed but the situations are solved.

5 star for now.. but i can't promise I will keep it up 5 stars in future.. I lost faith using this company with there other apps which was advertised free and then one day we had to pay money for it.. although previously it said 100% free lifetime.. but they will give you a cheap plan thats not worth free.. tons of customization and i like this app

Easily one of the best apps on Shopify, provides everything you need for the perfect looking loyalty program. And they have the best and most cooperative support team, they helped customize the app to match my exact needs. This will be a huge marketing booster for my store <3

I like this app. It works great, excellent customer service

Guess you get what you get when it's something advertised for FREE. My experience with this app was very poor and annoying. While the app is great in many aspects, when it comes to customization it lacks greatly! The customization is very limited and certain aspects of the app leaves your website looking unprofessional and tacky. I simply inquired about Spurit customizing the pop-up that's present when the customers sees it in their account and customizing the buttons and text in the checkout cart. I emailed Spurit team and heard nothing back at all. I tried to be patient but their customer response time is so poor; matter of fact as I'm typing this, I still haven't even heard anything back from them and it's been past 2 days! While I appreciate the fact that the app is free, I don't feel it's worth installing and needs a lot of improvement, and Spurit team needs to work on being more professional, prompt and responding to their customers in a timely manner. That is the way a real, true business operates. It's better to just pay for a loyalty app that is worth the price and still provides great value.

First of all, for the price you can't beat it. I've been looking for a way to reward my steady customers without spending a fortune. It was pretty easy to set up and get running, and after a little "tweeking" I got it to look pretty good on my store. I was pleasantly surprised to get help instantly with their online chat. Olga was kind and professional. Unfortunately, we couldn't get it working just right, so she made a support ticket and they will get back with me after looking at my Store. I'll update later with pros and cons.

We think this is the most convenient loyalty program available on Shopify. The points redemption process is very straight-forward. On the View Cart page, the website visitor just selects # of points to redeem and discount applied automatically. It was very easy to set up and the code was installed automatically.

We had been searching for a Loyalty Points program for our customers at www.glitterjunkiez.com and so glad we found this one! Custom service has been top notch and the program works exactly like stated.
