I had issues with the app's configuration and contacted guys from the support team. They helped me instantly!!!

I spent 2-3 hours of setting everything up, changes were not saved properly, settings would disappear. When everything was done I could not change the very title of the loyalty program (I run my store in Swedish and wanted it to be in Swedish). I reached out to support, they gave a standard answer that this could be changed in the settings which was not true. After som time they told me it could only be done with CSS but they hade no code for it. So WARNING if you run your shop in another language than English, do not use this app!!!

Outstanding service, they are available around the clock and help you with every inquiry you might have. The only issue i have is that the system does not provide details on who referred who, which is quite important. If you take that out of the equation, of provide details who referred who, I truly beleive they would be the best APP providore on shopify!

I have tried many Loyalty apps but all are super pricy and not functioning well ,but I can confidently recommend this app for any Shopify owner. The app has a reasonable price and it looks neat and smooth, and I did have some issues with my theme, I simply turned to the support team of the app and they did offered me a great help right away. So I am giving this 5 stars for the app and for the team working behind this amazing app. Best of luck !

We have been using Loyalty points and have found it to be a really beneficial app for building customer loyalty on the store. I cannot rate the customer service at SpurIT highly enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. The minor issues we have had on this and other apps are fixed straight away often with just a quick chat online and when it had to be referred through to the tech department it was sorted within hours. You can't ask more than that!

It does what it claims, customers are redeeming loyalty points, so it works. Fast customer service.

I had no active campaigns and did not want their paid service (I had just installed it to see how it would work). But I guess customers have still been able to create accounts (for a loyalty program that doesn't exist) AND now they are publishing updates to my theme AND creating draft orders.

This is a good app that will simplify point usage for the clients on your site. No discount codes needed! Make the experience great and simple for your customers. The support team is amazing, probably the best I've seen on Shopify!!! They respond within a day making all the changes you ask. My store is in RTL language and although I asked to move many elements and translate a lot of stuff into the foreign language and paid a great attention to details, the did it all! Buy the app guys! You won't regret it.

Not a good app.. too expensive and complex as hell.. we had it when it was free but we just couldn't handle how not flexible it is, and now your charging 18$ for what?
