The app is easy to use, and customer support was outstanding! We created a lookbook with shoppable images in no time. When we needed some help, the response was fast and Kemi provided great support in helping us to make the page work beautifully in our theme.

We used this app to show off client pictures and tag products and love how easy it was to setup and install. Customer service was also very timely, pleasant, and proficient!

We are quite happy with this app so far. We used to create static pages with pictures with text links to products in the store. That was pretty boring. With this app we can now quickly and easily create nice galleries with shoppable tags that link to products in our store. When the shoppable tags stopped working with one of the gallery modes, Kemi was very fast in responding to our email and got it fixed within a few hours. What awesome customer service! We really like the fact that there are different gallery modes to choose from to suite the style and feel of the website. We are using the lookbook to showcase various Hawaiian shirts and dresses and will be creating multiple lookbooks throughout the year.

Lookbook provides a new way of presenting your regular boring PLPs . Easy to use interface combined with support from the team helped us bring out better pages in the process... i highly recommend the app ... just too good

UPDATE::: We have decided to cancel this application because the support team hasn't been able to resolve an on-going issue. We have 6 catalogs running at any given time, we use this app for those catalogs. Unfortunately, the app has jumbled up our photos in different ways. 1. All the photos in the catalog itself gets jumbled & 2. a photo from one catalog/lookbook randomly gets placed with another catalog/lookbook. This doesn't represent our company well to our customers and honestly just confuses them. There is a free app that has the exact same features and we have not had a problem with their service. This is a great app with awesome support. We use to have a wordpress front end and then later added shopify as our ecommerce cart. Wordpress had a great option for catalogs and when we decided to move our entire site over to shopify this was our biggest concern. Our sales reps utilize the online catalogs in all of their meetings and to send to their clients. We were able to tag all the products by uploading our catalog photos to the lookbook app and then we added repspark on the product page so wholesalers could purchase right then and there. The Lookbook app has made the process so much easier for our wholesale customers. We also created a grid style look book page that is more directed to our online visitors and we have seen our overall cart size increase because our customers can see the outfit on a model and get ideas on how to mix and match their favorite styles. When I reached out to the tech support regarding not being able to edit the name of the catalog, they immediately coded an update so we were able to change the look book names. Great app. Great customer service. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I would also note that we had a different lookbook app in mind that was more expensive and when we tried implementing we could never get the app to work so we came here after giving up with the other app and im sure glad we did! Thanks!

This app helped me to create the look book that I was looking for! I had encountered a minor issue, but Expert Village Media Technologies support team (Kemi) was so helpful that she immediately fixed the issue! I highly recommend anyone to install this app; especially for the companies that hope to showcase their high resolution images! I think the customer care & support is the key to be successful in any businesses. Expert Village Media Tech certainly provides the high quality customer service that customer like us can rely on! :) Kemi was so kind that she even fixed other parts of the site that I was troubling with. Not only this is a great app, but the support from Kemi makes everything so much easier! Whenever I email her to fix or modify something, she gets it and get it done right away! Service of support is amazing! I enjoyed the quick and efficient communication. This app has great potential and great fun. I was having an issue with the tag design and the team really came towards me with it and customized it accordingly what i wanted. This app has helped me create a great photo gallery for my site. The customer service when I had a minor problem with loading was absolutely amazing. Have no doubts about recommending this app - good looking and good function.

Makes lookbook image galleries much more useful! Love that you can tag products for customers to reference. Tech support has been great, too.

This app helped us to bring our physical look books in to digital format simply and beautifully. We had an issue 11 months in to using the app on theme update, but Support was responsive and quick and got us back up and running.

LOVE this app! It was easy to install, easy to add products, and tagging them is a breeze! It's exactly what I was looking for. I had one small question and was able to reach someone via live chat in just a few minutes. Very friendly, helpful customer service. This app has already inspired a few sales in just one day!

Exactly what I was looking far! So far it is working seamlessly and I think customer will enjoy having a look book. I dont know if I am over looking it but it would be great if I could add a header to name that section.
