Isaac = hero. The app works exactly how we hoped, wildly simple, and amazingly effective. Added bonus- we shot an e-mail and had responses within the half hour. All the time. Not many apps we have worked with can ever have that kind of customer service. Best thing to ever happen to our store.

We've been long time Gatekeeper users, and while most of the time it did what we needed, it wasn't without its challenges. Locksmith is a dream come true! I turned Gatekeeper off and had 38 locks in place in Locksmith in less than an hour (that includes learning the app!). The steps to setting the locks are so streamlined and common sense, it makes a huge difference in managing our shop's custom collections. Thanks Issac for taking all our frustrations from GateKeeper and creating an app that truly does what we specifically need for our online store. For new users, skip Gatekeeper, and just come straight to using LockSmith, you will have a great experience.

First of all the app is great for restricting access to certain pages - great for a digital products members area like ours. It takes a bit of setting up and getting used to but it's the best thing out there for sure! Secondly, you will not find a more helpful person on Shopify than the developer Isaac. We needed lots of unusual things set up for our Locksmith and Isaac worked many evenings and weekends to help us! This guy is gold! He went way over and above what most other people would. If you need an app to lock pages, this is the app for you!!!

This app works exactly like a wholesaler, but minimal costs, especially for those starting out. You can hide page with products. The only thing is you would need to duplicate products and create different pricing for different groups. It works if you have few products. Brilliant and love it!

This App is brilliant! I have an online education based store that delivers digital goods online. I needed to keep my content on my store to keep the material as secure as possible. After looking at other LMS (Learning Managment Solutions/software) I stumbled across Locksmith. Instead of paying $699 a month to set my backend content delivery up, I was able to create it and customize all myself in Shopify and protect it with Locksmith. Best part is I set up the settings and Locksmith does all the hard work. Everything is automated for me and the customer doesn't have to remember anything except to login to my shopify store and acess their content. Oh and Isaac the app developer? Super cool, super helpful!

So I have a clothing company and we have an ambassador team. Sometimes I like to sell product that is not available to the public. In the past I had to sell to them on a completely different site that was a pain for numerous reasons. Now I can have everything organized in one place. Plus it with help my shipping department a ton when processing orders. Absolutely love the fact that you can passcode protect a collection on your site! Great app and Isaac is beyond helpful and fast.

This app solved all of my problems for creating a wholesale pricing list at a fraction of the cost I was going to have to spend to essentially accomplish the same basic task. I had to do a little extra work (create a duplicate product - one with regular variants/pricing and another with wholesale variants/pricing), group those into separate collections and just make sure our wholesale clients are tagged accordingly. For a very small startup company, the ability to trim $30+ dollars a month (versus the other "wholesale" apps out there) is a huge thing for us. Isaac was more than willing to help me out and walk me through how I might go about setting this up (at the time of asking, he'd never had this type of usage come in to question). His suggestions pointed me in the right direction AND IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. I would DEFINITELY recommend this app.

Exceptional customer service! You can "feel" Isaac's friendliness through the screen. Also, the app itself is awesome. It turns our store into something like a membership site without hefty coding and fees.

We were ready to go live with our website but needed to leave the collections and shop locked for our private beta customers and hadn't a clue where to start. Enter Locksmith and Isaac -- what a life saver! Isaac was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and creating additional workarounds that we were looking for. As others have said, Isaac is incredibly skilled but also provides a stellar user experience as well. This was the best customer experience I've had in a very long time! I can't recommend Locksmith or Isaac highly enough.

Where do we begin? 2 weeks ago we had no idea of how we were going to handle Single Use Passcodes for a limited onsale we had, then after installing the APP and working with Isaac we had exactly what we wanted live and ready to go with minimal problems. Any issues we had, Isaac (who happens to be one of the best customer service assistants atop his already large skillset) was able to sort them out and fine tune it to exactly what we were after. This app comes HIGHLY recommended. It's awesome!

Locksmith is easy to use and hides everything you need hidden no problem. If you have questions or need help to fix any issues, the response time is very fast and Isaac is so helpful! I will keep using and would recommend to anyone who needs to hide content on their shop pages, blogs or wholesale pages.

Excellent app, very easy to set up with no dramas. Support response from Isaac is ultra quick and the minor login screen horizontal alignment issue that I stumbled across was sorted in a few minutes. Great app, great support, highly recommended.

Although this app did not offer what we are looking for, Isaac was so great at listening and trying to see what he could do to help. Then when we come to a conclusion that this app is not suitable for our intentions, he went ahead and made several recommendations. I am beyond thrilled with his level of personalized dedication. This app is great, easy to use and Isaac, the developer is magic. He will answer your questions quickly and even work on code for any customization you require. If you are thinking of purchasing, pull the trigger. you wont regret it.

Great product, great service!!! Isaac is always quick to respond and fixes anything that might need fixing right away. That said, the app is efficient and reliable. Our store has some unique functions and Locksmith provided the flexibility we needed. We use this product for our wholesale members as it allows us to create separate wholesale products - this allows us to completely make the wholesale product unique vs. other apps that will constrain the retail and wholesale data. This is a huge advantage as our variants and product information differ from retail vs. wholesale, after all, these are two different markets. Additionally, this app functions independently, e.g., doesn't need to create a bunch of custom coupon codes to run, filling your discount folder with a bunch of junk to sort through. Overall, fantastic product. Try Locksmith first before wasting time with others!

Nothing but awesomeness. Isaac is the developer and he responds fast to problems and email inquiries. Small problems are often fixed overnight. He basically turned this into the best customer classification/group app that most wholesalers need.

I am still in the free trial phase (but will definitely use it going forward) yet Isaac has treated us like a long-time customer as we are working out an issue as to our specific site needs - can't speak highly enough about Isaac and his support!
