I had an initial conversation with someone from the Klaviyo team and that were super informative and very helpful. Looking forward to seeing how it all works in the future

Since we fired our agency due to underperformance and started using Klaviyo as designed we are seeing fabulous results and an uptick in revenue! I recommend that any e commerce vendor give it try and use with the assistance of a committed professional.

One of the best apps i've actually ever used. Very user friendly

Highly recommend Klaviyo. It's super easy to set up on your Shopify store, there's lots of support, the metrics you get straight out the box are amazing and visual too. Perfect for marketing your product and understanding what your customers better! The Klaviyo team are quick to reply, helpful and knowledgeable.

Love Klaviyo, really easy to use

I am working with a really great ecomm group and they have templates that have been easy to import and work with.

Has to be THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. No chat, no phone number, only email, which is promptly ignored. I've been waiting a week for them to respond to an account access issue. Can't do much if I can't access my account. No need to point out the irony of a marketing company that doesn't seem to understand that their customers, the ones that pay for their service, need prompt, helpful support every now and then.

For me this is the best email marketing platform. 5*

Great app I Love it!!

Authorised a $140 monthly subscription. Was charged $1240 + $140 at the end of the month. Klaviyo imports and charges for "profiles" that are opted out of marketing. Do not trust this company.
