If you are doing anything email related, you need to look into klaviyo. I have never seen a more sophisticated email solution. You can do EVERYTHING. Want to send an email when someone purchases a certain product. Check. Want to send an email followup sequence when someone hasn't opened your emails for 30 days. Check. Want to greet new/returning/old/inactive customers. Check. You can do EVERYTHING with klaviyo!

This is by far the best e-commerce marketing automation system that I've seen on the market. The online marketing industry has Infusionsoft and the e-commerce industry now has Klaviyo .. it really is a must have for shopify.

Great app. Had a little trouble getting everything set up (my fault) but Kate was amazing and walked me through everything. HUGE improvement to our emails! Highly recommend this app.

This app is a must have because it gives you so much power. Put your abandoned cart emails on steroids and get reporting. Use a welcome series. Have it create one time use discount codes for you. Tightly integrated with Shopify. Highly recommended.

After using Klaviyo for less than a week, everything looks good to succeed. We have automations, campaigns and integrations done.

Klavviyo is nothing but class. Within 24 hours of implementing it we saw a significant increase in sales from the sales performance we were getting from our previous platform. If you're wanting to extract value out of your customers and get a higher CLV then this is the solution for you. The team are brilliant, incredibly thoughtful and helpful.

You know when you just use an app and you fall in love with it. This is happening right now. A fantastic app that gives you all the analytics you need from e-mails you sent out. We are using Auto emails to recover customers that have not purchased in 3 months, offer discount to customers who purchased a sample but not a full product, recover abandoned carts. But this is real flexible and you could set up auto emails for anything and give the system rules. 9/10, we need to use it for a month or so to award it 10/10

As someone else said, "Mailchimp is for sending newsletters, Klaviyo is for making money". This is an amazing app that has huge revenue potential for your business. It's relatively easy to set up (it's very powerful, so there is a learning curve), but their support are very eager to help you out. In a nutshell, for every action someone takes on your website, you can send them a personalized email relating to that action to either strengthen your relationship with that customer or generate more revenue from them. I don't think any Shopify store owner can afford not to use even the basic features of this app.

Mailchimp is for sending emails. Klaviyo is for making money. We've automated all of our autoresponders and abandoned cart emails to Klaviyo and are very happy with the results. Their tools are very powerful and their support is top notch.

Amazing app that not only lets you create professional HTML emails without knowing HTML but also provides you with analytics and automatic campaigns. Just set it up and it will run on its own!

First and foremost, I have to commend Ed on his personal follow up and the way he goes about it, it is excellent and 100% shows the integrity of the company. Secondly, there free service where they allow you to make your emailer's look GREAT, is amazing. That really made life easy for me, and allowed me to make a much better impression with my customers due to the ability to create simply HTML emailers. Klaviyo has blown our expectations out of the water. It is clear that Ed and his team are fully committed to all of their clients. They are never slow to respond to my many questions, and are always troubleshooting things for me without making us jump through all the hoops. Klaviyo is an amazing app. It has already paid itself off for the amount of conversions and analytics we are receiving. Great job guys!

Klaviyo is legiiiiiit. Kicks mailchimp in the *you-know-what*! The app allows to completely automate email marketing with extremely fine grained control. Think: email someone a week after they buy a bike and offer them a lock. Or if someone looks at red lights, red seats, and red bikes, email them something red! Also, their support rules. Very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

It's easy and very helpful for creating your own templates! Super recommend it!

I'm loving using Klaviyo! I was using MailChimp before and their auto responders don't send instantly (takes up to an hr).. So I was constantly having to manually send emails to customers that were meant to be automatic. With Klaviyo they send instantly! Which has freed up a lot of my time. It integrates perfectly with Shopify and their customer service is really helpful too! I love that they track the sales from your emails as well..
