So far, so good. The support chat is very helpful and very speedy. Will see how pre-orders go. The only setback is that you cannot at this point add a cap to how many items you can sell on pre-order and have to manually track this.

Only just got this App but already I've found the support to be outstanding. First class app with plenty of flexibility, highly recommended.

Great app - though the functionality should arguably be part of the Shopify experience - but it does what it says; there's a glitch (Shopify's fault apparently) that means you have to manually send each pre-order to fulfilment, which is a pain that I can live with while it's free, but something that would need to be resolved when the time comes to start charging. But if you're looking for a free pre-order app to help manage out of stock items, then it's close to perfect.

After using this app all orders left a committed inventory amount for all products in all orders despite the orders being fulfilled. Complete waste of time using the app as it has not screwed up my stored inventory quantities.

Although it is free, it has a very good service, fast reply, and enthusiastic guidance. The program is also very good, easy to operate, and easily meets my needs.

i wanted to love it and its better in most ways than other i have tried but why is there no list that shows what items were purchased and how many... if you do large preorders and only order the options people purchased its a real pain to have to manually go through and there is bound to be errors so now i will have to keep searching for something else because it makes no sense not to have a page that lists all items ordered and their quantities because manually is tedious if you get a ton of orders.

Fantastic app - great customer service! Had a small problem near the beginning of use and used the chat - they responded immediately and issue was resolved within minutes!

Got it up and running; like the APP so far; free is nice but I wont mind paying but no more than $5 a month and maybe a discount if you buy an entire year in advance.

Works as advertised, and there is great live chat support where they will fix issues you may have for you.

It was easy to set up but then something was appearing right. Their support team is lightning fast and got it figured out in <5 mins. Awesome!
