So far, the best reviews application I've seen for Shopify. Clean emails, clean UX, clean management, clean automation flows, etc., etc., etc. Quick install, seamless output to the theme, and fast response times. Junip was the 4th app I tried, and I haven't even considered looking for another after getting it setup.

Set up was simple and I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. The few questions I did have, I used the chat line for and Marcus was a tremendous help! He stayed on chat with me for about an hour walking me through the process.

I had trouble getting out reviews to display on our new Shopify theme but Marcus on the Live Chat had it sorted in under 5 minutes and showed me how to add them in future myself too. Excellent service, thank you!

I love this app! We added it to our product pages and I love how you can include a script to list all the store reviews

The platform is as user friendly as it gets! We've used various review softwares over the years and this takes the cake as the best one yet. Just go with Junip!

Junip is a fantastic review platform with everything you need for your store. Marcus and the team are oustanding and will help with anything you need. We had a few website issues and Marcus spent his morning assisting us, he was super helpful and I couldn't have ask for more. 5 out of 5 stars everytime for Junip!

Really easy to implement and great support. But is lacking some customizations features that would make the reviews perform better in my opinion. Such as bigger bold review headings, star color customization at top and bottom (If needed to be separate). Just a few little things. But overall, great app. Review update: Customer support exceeded my expectations & Marcus was very hands on with the help he provided me with. Thanks guys!

Awesome!! I had an issue with the manual installation so I reached out to support, and I got Marcus! He was super professional and friendly, and when I couldn't figure it out, he got it done himself! The snippets look great and really make my customer-favorites pop out!

We switched to Junip from Yotpo a year ago and couldn't be happier. The Junip platform is far easier to use and their customer setup/support is 10/10. The reviews are also much better formatted for mobile. Highly recommend!

I was coming from an app that does not integrate easily with Shopify. I did a lot of research on all of the apps to see which ones integrate well with shopify and google and have good reviews and fair prices. I chose Junip over all the others. It was so easy to install and the prices are more than fair. The people on the chat are super knowledgeable with English as their native language and they had me up and running in no time. This is a great app. I highly recommend it.

Amazing review app, looks very clean and professional. Besided that is their customer service phenomenal, super quick, helpful and very kind. Lovely app!

Update: Junip graciously refunded the charges. Much appreciated. I haven't seen Junip work exactly right, but I am encouraged by the strong customer support.

Best review app out there. Super thoughtful design of both the UI, and features. Junip just gets it. I have tried "them all," when it comes to review & UGC apps. If you have or work with a DTC brand, I highly recommend you switch to/start with Junip.

Great customer service, Marcus helped me with some custom coding to enhance my sites review display. Highly recommend!
