I just got setup with judge.me for reviews and already I am super glad to have chosen them for their usefulness, image on website and amazing support. I am so impressed with this app. It seems that they have thought of everything when it comes to customizability. I would recommend this hands down over Yotpo and the Shopify reviews app. It is so affordable, and offers many features that are not available on other review apps. Very responsive developers.

Amazing in every way!!! We have customized this many times over and change/upgrade themes regularly....wow! These guys are the real deal....always prompt, professional and above all extremely helpful! Excellent, highly responsive customer service! We've recently switched over to Judge.me from another review app and have been very glad that we made the move. We experienced a seamless transition of our previous data and are pleased with the performance, functionality and abundance of features included with the app. SEO support is top notch! We're glad to have unlimited review requests, the highlighted carousel review function, and the ability to create a separate aggregate review page. Great value!

Excellent app. I was on a grandfathered plan through Yotpo, paying $30 a month for basic review services. I decided I wanted a review carousel and learned that it would cost nearly $400 a month to upgrade my plan! Switching to Judge.me was simple, and their customer service absolutely excelled. They answered all my questions within a few hours, and helped me out in customizing a few details that made the app work much better with my website. I have been more than happy and would definitely recommend it.

Really good app! Beats Yotpo hands down and for a fraction of the price. Lots of features, settings and very stable. In fact this is one of the most mature / stable Shopify apps I have seen. Highly recommended

5/5 Judge.me has increased our revenue a LOT, helped us know and understand our customers better.

1000% recommended. After starting a new 2nd store and used the free version of YOTPO, they then wanted €400 a month which the old version used to do for free (no idea why anyone would pay that much for reviews). This app its way better for a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend this review app with excellent customer support. Thanks guys , really appreciate it.

Not a bad app in regards to features and use, however this one app increaed my page load time by 5.4 seconds. (waiting for cdn.judge.me) Test on pingdom.com with app - 8.26 seconds, Test on pingdom.com after removing app - 1.23 seconds In the internet of today that is an astronomical increase, and makes this app entirely unusable for any store. Suggest everyone test to make sure that this doesn't keep occurring

Best quality-price ratio on the market BY FAR. Does most of the things you would expect a review app to do for a ridiculously low price. Plus it's super easy to install (especially for Shopify users). Support is very helpful and quick to respond, and does take care of you every step of the way. These guys are unreal, every time i get an email from them it is news of some new feature that is incredibly useful, well thought out and executed. I use Judge.me on all four of my shopify sites and couldnt be happier.

Wow. Absolutely fantastic support experience. PJ was lighting fast on the concierge install and making sure I knew about the editing functionality available. I have no doubt that if something were to go awry that he would fix it immediately which is hugely comforting. I also love that he continues to listen to users and add desired functionality like social media integration. Absolutely the best value on the market. Free version schools Shopify Product Review and the Awesome plan is $15/mo compared to $400/mo for Yotpo. Don't be taken in by a fancy marketing video- I'd much rather have that time and money go into making a stellar product even better. Great job- highly, highly recommend!
