I am extremely satisfied with the support provided by the Instafeed team. They went above and beyond to help me add an Instagram feed section to my Shopify store's homepage. The process was seamless, and their responsiveness and expertise made it a great experience. Thanks to their assistance, my store now looks even more engaging with the beautifully integrated Instagram feed. I highly recommend the Instafeed app and their excellent support team!

worst App , i dont know wht the problem is , the app does not load properly in shopfiy backend and you cant save or edit your feed , worst customer support dont understand why should a paying customer enter there email id and bang there head with a chat bot. Reply to App Team, As explained over email taking email of paying customers and providing them better and faster customer support cannot be marked as email collection any where in the world. I had share detailed screen shot with your team over email and shared my browser and system details as well and no i was not using any app and was never blocked etc by your app , your app has some navigation issue in feed settings page , instead of arguing with messenger it would be great if you could focus on improving the app UI and customer support.

Great tool, easy to set up and great support

Really good app with excellent customer service team to troubleshoot any problems.

I recently installed this app but had trouble linking it to my homepage. Ines from technical support was very helpful and quickly fixed the problem. The app looks great, very modern and clean. I just had to contact technical support again to tweak the layout of my Instafeed. They optimised it straight away and I'm more than happy with the result. I totally recommend this app.
