This app is awesome! perfect for custom items! I love how easy this is to use. You even have the option of creating different "forms" so you will use each one depending on the product your client orders. For me this was perfect, since I offer invitations, but also offer custom tags that don't require much personalization. I love how professional they look, and the best of all is that this app is FREE! Customer service is the best, very nice and personal! They installed this for me in less than 24 hrs. Ryan is very friendly. Made me feel very taken care of :) THANK YOU!!!

Great app for requesting additional information on the product level (vs in the shopping cart). We use this to ask customers if they want their gift fruit shipped immediately or for a particular holiday or birthday. Works great and the Support was quick, friendly and accurate. Great experience!

We wanted to be able to give our customers the option to support a charity at our checkout with simple radio button options. However, most apps seemed to either be US based or didn't quite cater for us. This is extremely flexible and we had help from the ShopPad team to get it up and going. I cannot fault the app or the customer service. They have been brilliant.

The app is a Godsend. It works perfectly in my store and offers integral features for any store selling variant goods. Its also really easy to install and the developers don't make it hard to hand-twist you into getting you to pay them to install it for you like other similar apps. Plus its FREE. Though I really wish you could add a feature to allow file and image uploads from customers. And keep it free. Thanks guys. Great app

Listen to me.....these guys are phenomenal, fast and there is no doubt they know what they are doing. I was dealing with Ryan and despite the fact that I am an HTML code retard (can I still say that) he helped me get set up fast and did way more than I could have ever expected. Love, Love this app! I sell personalized items, so the option to add text is exactly what I need. They even finished the set up for me with in 24 hrs! I got on today to keep working on my store and it looks like they updated the app- now it's easier to add personalization options, which will save me tons of time!!
