The App has been working on my website for over a month and it's been great. When I first downloaded, wanted help with some customisation and the person behind the chat helped me straight away through zoom, at no extra charge. I would recommend it to anyone!

This App is very rich in features, everything we needed for our online restaurant and more. It seemed complicated at the beginning but we clicked on the support/chat button and honestly, their support team was the best support I ever dealt with with any company in the past. They sent a zoom invite, shared the screen, did the demo, and installed and setup everything for us in a very quick and short time and professional manners. Highly Recommend.

This app's functionality and service blows every other app out of the water. I tried installing every delivery/pickup calendar app I could find on the app store, and only this one ended up fitting our needs because its features are so much richer and more developed than the others. The UI is easy and pleasant to use, and the customer service team is amazing. If you want a well-made app that will work for you long term and grow with your business's needs, this is the one. Service: Annie and her team were always available for zoom calls and worked extensively with me to make sure that the app looked great with my store theme. Every request was fulfilled within a few hours, and I am honestly so impressed - this is probably the best service I have encountered working with any app on Shopify. If you're wondering why this app only has 5 star reviews (you will NEVER find this on another Shopify app), there is a good reason for it. You will be in good hands!

I am still in the process of testing this App and I had very good support so far. I also found relatively easy to make changes and adjusts to my needs. The only reason why I don't choose 5 stars now is because I would like to finish my testing process, but so far I would recommend this App to anybody who needs to control the delivery and pickup sale process.

I used the In Store Pickup Local Delivery app by LogBase and it does exactly as promised. On top they offer excellent and quick customer support!

It offers all the variants for my local business: local delivery, local pick-up, and the many time slots and windows and cut-off times that I needed. This app is fantastic for my bakery business, allowing me to let customers choose their option for getting their product with ease (collection, delivery and shipping). The support team is absolutely phenomenal and has helped me with every issue I have had and have fixed it quicker than they said they would.
