The app is very, very good for upselling, and is great with customization. I tried to disable discounts while still using the Progress Bar because I wanted to use my existing discount setup in Shopify, but it wasn't possible - they should work on giving the option to deactivate their own discounting system. The customer care has been extremely helpful on multiple occassions for other customizations that required some specific coding. CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

The app is so helpful for the upsell and cross sell. The average purchase amount has become more than 10% UP after installing this app. The app itself is super good, and the customer service is excellent. Well, after trying sometimes this app i found some issues or with facebook pixel, or with a minor thing and other, anyway everytime i test, orders with more aov appear, Now i came back because quit google advertise (so that way i dont care with cart drawers!) and as iam on 100% facebook the team managed to put add cart event working with iCart, so now its all ok to continue with iCart, ALSO they changed the price plan, and now is much more "friendly" lets upsell and increase AOV!! thanks! ps: more things you can add, like shipping price in cart, and also a important one, integrate discounts directly when someone comes from a /discount/10off example!

At first, I was apprehensive about this app due to some of the really bad reviews, but it was the only one that offered me the features I needed, so I gave it a shot with it's 30 day free trial. I have to say I LOVE IT. The support team was quick and very knowledgeable in fixing any conflicts it may have with my theme as they recognize that cart drawer down time is a big nono. Ever since using it, my AOV has seen a significant increase too. Excited to drive my ROI up with this iCart in the long run. Thank you to the developers and support team!

hello, just installed your app - on desktop worked fine. on mobile not working - just opening the drawer but nothing there. so I decided to disable the app but for some reason, my theme native drawer did not come back to work at all, instead, it's forward it to the cart page directly. Hope support can fix it. UPDATE - support was fast with the help and the problem was with my phone model, so the app is great!! thank you!

iCart is a fantastic app, that really solved a problem for me! I was using a well known (and expensive) upsell app, which unfortunately didn't perform as I'd hoped. I found iCart through a partner app I am using - and it has been great. Very easy and quick to set up a nice looking sliding cart, complete with upsells, timer function and discounts... It works seamlessly! Also, I had a slight issue with something, and I contacted support. Manoj went in and fixed it for me immediately. First class service!

I am really glad I found this app. I am hoping that it helps capture some abandoned carts. They dont have a chat during USA hours but I am thankful that I caught them on chat during my midnight hours. That was very helpful!!
