I have to say I was a little dubious to begin with... I was unsure about all the 5 stars and high praise for a free app. However... I can now say that having downloaded the app it is fantastic - and free! I thought I would struggle with the coding side of things however I watched the installation video - which explained things perfectly and I was able to install it no problem. I then decided I wanted a few little tweaks so raised a ticket with support and was over the moon with the support I received, my tweaks were made at no additional cost or effort on my behalf. Don't know how it's free but it is and it's great. Highly recommended!

Amazing app that has all the features of most of the paid ones and super easy to use and customize... and then it's free. Can't beat that!

Works great, had a small problem with installation, I opened a ticket and the next day it was solved. Really appreciate this considering it's a free app! Thanks Hulk, you're incredible!! (see what I did there?)

I contacted them for customer service 6/12/18 about code placement explaining I am adding a balloon department to my online store, with a deadline of Friday June 15th, COB deadline. They continued all week to say they were working on it and would make it a priority, all day Friday, I was stressed to the max not knowing the status, absolutely no communication from them, I mean crickets, ssp, ssp, ssp. Also, there was at least 24hrs between all their email responses when they advertise 30 minutes responses, I suggest Shopify dismiss this app as worthless and misleading. They requested a review prior to helping me, this is it. This system is forcing me to give them at least one star which is not deserved. Well, today is 6/18/18 I received an apology email this morning the morning of my balloon launch for the dishonesty and misleading inclinations. Thanks to the outstanding customer service from Shopify, I was able to launch my new balloon department this morning without a hitch. KUDOS FOR SHOPIFY!

Absolutely love this app! It has been a huge help to my store and has made creating custom product options a breeze! I love how you can fully customize the style of the options to perfectly fit your store's theme!

I honestly can't believe they provide this level of service on a free app. Thank you to the Hulk team! It's also the only app that allows me to upload my options list via .csv which is important to me with 1500 options that occasionally change and need to be in alphabetical order.

Great app, and I love how it looks on my site. I can't believe they provide such a wonderful service for free. I'm looking forward to getting some of their other apps. They are more than willing to do the install for you if you need help, just be prepared to have it take a few days. They are super busy, but they will get to you and it is worth the wait.

I am not a coder and tried walking through the installation steps but only got it working partially. Reached out to their support, not knowing what to expect for a free app, but they didn't just give me a couple words of advice, they actually fixed all the coding themselves and had it up and running quickly. Impressive service and functionality for a paid app, much less a free app.

Loved the service that Hulk App provided to our company. They were open to my questions and didn't hesitate with helping us.

The best of the best app. The app was beyond expectation and customer support was amazing. Love this app so much! Every time I ask a support, they are right on it! They have the best apps, support and they are free!

HulkApps helped me with the installation at my Shopify´s Icon themed store. After that, I was able to include in minutes an important Retail / Wholesale option to my products.

It's easy to use and works great on my site. I was using Infinite Options, but to add price increases w/an option in their app you have to associate a product with the price you wanted to add. Not only, was that more time consuming, but it didn't make sense when I wanted to give discounts when items were bundled together. The Hulk Product Options app gives me more flexibility and options (literally) of ways to add options to my store. I'll use it on all my sites in the future.

This app is up to par with the paid versions and WAY better than the other popular options app. The installation isn't the easiest (for my theme, I assume its easier with more "standard" themes) but the customer service is spot on and helped me out. I was fully functioning in no time! One thing I wish it did was inventory control. Say I had an option on a product but that options could also be bought as a stand-alone item from its own product page. When someone adds the option to the aforementioned product I wish it would update the inventory count on the options own product page.

I have 3 stores and their customer support helped my install on them all. This thing works perfectly.
