We have been using this app for a couple of years, since we moved our site over to Shopify and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I recently needed to get in touch with support about an issue I was having with it not charging customers for a particular upgrade despite it being selected and the customer service I received was swift and efficient. I have to say it has been the quickest resolution I have encountered in 10 years of business. Update - 20/3/24 always a help when I am updating my theme, they are swift to respond. Thanks to Haris for sorting out my problem within a couple of minutes this morning!

Product is nice, but conflicts with various themes. Be ready for them to send you to the theme designer when 'Hulk Product Options' is creating issues. I used the app for 3 years, uninstalled it, then reinstalled out of necessity. The tech support is inconsistent, some techs will try to help others will blow you off. I've stopped using this plug-in on our other Shopify sites, I'm done to one instance now.

Customer Support is super responsive from day one. The online meeting with Eldin Pribisic after downloaded the app was very productive. Look forward to continuing working with them to develop our shop.

Had some issues with our swatches showing that they were selected. Chatted with Muaza and they helped me fix the issue within minutes!

It may still be imperfect, but I give Hulk Apps high marks. 2023/09/22 The Hulk App has helped me many times. it's quickly resolves the situation I'm in trouble with. What you can't do with Hulk, you can't do anywhere else. That's why Hulk is such a great product. And the wonderful team operators have saved my problems many times. thank you. -postscript- Hulk App support is very good and helpful. At least most of my dreams have come true. There was a temporary system problem, but the response was excellent. Especially the excellent assistant who supported me I am grateful to Deepa. thank you.

Excellent app for product customization with very responsive support

Great Customer Support, one of their reps Muaza helped me out a lot by walking me through the installation process and setting up the app. Ever since it is working great!

Amazing customer support, just send a message and they resolve your issue often within a couple of minutes, even in the evening!

DO NOT INSTALL - this app has put code everywhere all over my store and when i uninstalled as left code everywhere and BROKE the main shop. There are no instructions to install and even less to uninstall this has cost me £1000's in lost sale and emergency developer help to uninstall all the code that needed cleaning up

Great app, added the functionality needed to help make product selection easier. The Conditional Logic side of the app is a great benefit to those with many variants. The support was 5 star. Special commendations to Eldin who assisted greatly with setting up the app.
