Good app however no support provided. Understandable since it's a free app. Switching to a paid app now. This form worked very well on desktop however failed to show on mobile so it doesn't work well enough for our needs.

I am NOT tech savvy at all, but I managed to install app with a little patience, and from viewing the two videos very carefully. Have a little refining to do. Waiting on response from tech support.

pros- was easy to use and looks nice on mywebsite cons- I do not get any alerts I have received a message. I do not get these messages sent directly to my email, I can not read the messages from my shopify app on my phone so I have to got to the computer to look up message. I cannot respond to message from the app, so I then have to copy paste into my email so i can respond. I have contacted app and never received a response

I'm a lazy ass when it comes to reviews but i felt compelled to write this review for this app because it's fantastic. If my customers need to contact the business, this is such an easy and simple form for them to fill out and i get notifications right away. 5 stars for sure.

Great App, works as advertised. Even better, fantastic customer support. I had requested a couple of personalized adjustments and they were able to do this. Absolutely worth adding to your shop. And now I'm getting no Spam thanks to HulkApps great contact form.

No, impossible to really customize . Some texts remain in English, and impossible to modify. Beside, the look is not nice

I have a premium template for my store, and the contact form did not automatically work so I got in touch with support. My experience with the support was nothing short of perfect. No coding skills required. The app did everything for me,all I had to do was follow a few easy steps and I was done within a minute.

I must say is very annoying that paid platform such as Shopify doesn't have a build-in normal, customizable contact form but we need to pay a subscription for most of them. We are not in the 90's. Get your s*** together Shopify. As for this app - respect guys for giving this for free. It works perfectly and it's very simple to set up. And if you are any good with CSS, you can it to look really nice. Thx! For some reason, it's loading a little bit slow so not sure what is the thing. I would be willing to one-time pay for a more advanced, faster version.
