Great app and even better service!

I had a few problems trying to install this app at first, (problems with my computer, not with the app), so I contacted the developer for assistance. I have to say that his level of support was truly exceptional! He answered all of my emails within minutes and didn't stop helping until we'd resolved the issue. I've not often experienced technical support as good as this so I felt it was worth mentioning. Regarding the app, it does everything I need from an FAQ page, easy to set up, easy to try out different colour combinations etc. and intuitive to use. I can definitely recommend.

Great app for an organised and good to manage FAQ, exactly what I needed. Also the Multi language support in combination with shopify markets works great. The developer is very easy to reach and will personally make sure your questions, concerns and requests are met. Keep up the great work!

The app is easy to set up and looks a lot better on our site than just a text list of faq's. Customer service was also prompt and helpful when we had a question.

Bhushan, the developer, is EXCELLENT. I ran into an issue switching themes and really could not figure out how to fix the issue I had. The app works great and helps a lot with organizing FAQs. The translations also work well. The support is exceptionally fast, helpful and very kind. It would be great to have the option of formatting the questions as h2 or h3. This is important for SEO.

Update: I have just reduced the rating from a 2 star to a 1 star. Not only was the app having the issue listed below, but the developer is now literally torturing me by email for the honest review that I placed. This is plain wrong! Original Review This was a good app. Simple to use and functional. Recently, we tried to log in and the interface is blank. We were told by support that it is happening to a number of accounts and that we need to contact Shopify to complain about it. I have many stores and many apps and do not have this problem with any other app. It is not so complex, so I removed it and replaced it with another one that does not have that problem.

Good app! especially the free plan is really good, if you want more option you can upgrade, but for me somebody that just started with a webstore, the free plan is very very good!, i had some problems installing it, but the customer service is 5/5, fast reply and good information!

We are absolutely in love with this app! It offers a wide range of features and the developer is exceptionally responsive and prompt in addressing any concerns. We had encountered an issue where we lost all our FAQs, but the support team was incredibly helpful in restoring everything seamlessly.
