Very useful tool to allow our customers to leave feedback and rate the products. Love that so far it is free for our small business

I chose to install this app because it was created by Shopify users and allowed for photo uploads. I am also new to the ecommerce world and am learning as I go. I had some trouble with the app install on my site and their customer service was FANTASTIC. He was very responsive and completed the install, as I had specified I wanted it, on my website in under 10 minutes. He also took the time to give me some additional helpful hints. I will not hesitate to get back in touch with HelpfulCrowd's customer service anytime I have a question no matter how silly it seems. Thank you again!

Helpful Crowd is the best Shopify review app available. You can check out the app installed on my store at bushcrafts.com I have had several Shopify stores over the years I've tried all the top review apps. Compared them HC is by far the most affordable and it includes ALL the important features that the others don't. You get written reviews, photo reviews, video reviews, and a Q/A section all in one app. There are even more options available. You will have the option to publish responses to customer questions and reviews on your website. Customers can leave full reviews right through their email, including videos and photos. You can send out post-sale review requests by email and there are options to send them automatically or manually. The only thing you cannot do is edit the customer reviews, however, you do have the option to not publish specific reviews (or questions). When I installed the app it was not compatible with my theme. I contacted support through their chat (at 4 AM) and it was fully installed within a couple of hours. Furthermore, Support migrated my existing reviews from my old non-Shopify webstore along with some reviews on other sales channels FOR FREE!! Yusuf was such a great help and I'm amazed at how he went well above and beyond what I expected especially since I was still on the FREE plan!! I recommend using the chat if you need support.

Great customer service! I spent hours and hours couldn't figure it out myself and Yusuf at customer service fixed my issue right away! My site now looks exactly the way I wanted, thank you!

After trying another review app and getting frustrated with the lack of support, I decided to give Helpful Crowd a try. I'm so glad I did! I ran into a few integration problems with my custom page app and Anna G. was extremely helpful. She was quick to understand the situation (even though they hadn't encountered it before) and immediately offered to contact the other app on my behalf to see if she could resolve it for me. She got it sorted and I was back on track for launching my store. If you're on the fence about getting them a try, do it! You honestly have nothing to lose :)

By far the best review app for the $$ I have yet to find. I have already collected multiple reviews in a short period of time. Where other review systems only get 1 or 2 every few months.

Fantastic customer support! Took the time to understand my issue as I am not a software person, then researched it, and solved it. The first time. I am completely satisfied with Helpfulcrowd. The product works very well, and integrates seamlessly with Shopify.com

The app is very robust and flexible, and includes a broad set of features. I was also very impressed with their awesome customer support!

We installed this app and were so suprised how quickly we began to gather reviews. Install was easy and we were alble to invite past customers to leave product reviews right away which they did! We have tried other reviews apps (including some VERY expensive ones) and did not get the same results. Also the customer service is excellent. We had a small problem with our store (not the app) and this was sorted almost instantly! We would be happy to reccomend to anyone and will be using this app from now on! Thank you!

We migrated to Shopify from a different platform and needed to bring our reviews with us. This app let us do that. And we are already seeing new reviews from our Shopify customers!! Most importantly, app widgets look so nice and clean with our theme as if they were designed together. You can't even tell it's a 3rd party plugin

The service is awesome. They are always there to help via chat. It was awesome to take a screenshot to help me with the set up my promotions with my positive reviews.

Technical help was fantastic. They set up the code for me straight away. Feedback app looks great on my website. Now waiting for reviews to come in.

Anna was super awesome and very quick to assist me in setting up the app as it needed a couple of line of codes manually inserted in the right place. She took care of it and the app looks FABULOUS and very professional. I'm so pleased! I've heard a lot of great things about this app. So far, excellent customer service!

I had been using another app for months and didn't get a single review. As soon as I starting using this app I started getting tons of reviews. Even people who purchased different items in one order took the time to leave a review for each item, proving how easy it is to leave a review. I'm just starting out and don't have much room in my budget for paid apps, but I gladly upgraded this app once my products increased in order to keep getting the customer reviews coming in! Thanks for making a free version as well as a very reasonably priced upgrade available! I recommend it to anyone who needs reviews.

I was looking for an app that had photo reviews and allowed me to post responses to reviews. Helpful Crowd seemed well worth paying, and has a lot of useful features. Keeping the review requests simple seems to be making a difference already. And they were incredibly helpful with the installation process. Overall a great experience so far.

Customer Support for this app has been amazing! Kinda confusing to install but that was taken care of quickly. I just love how youre able to use actual videos as reviews. Number one reason why I never used Loox reviews and left Alireviews. This app is hugely underestimated!

The app is doing well, and it really makes a difference in sales. When people see that you have real reviews they trust your brand and products more. Their customer support is also great Can definitely recommend them

The support for this app has been fantastic. I love the customization capabilities and that they offer you all of the features in all versions to allow you to start with them and scale your business. I do wish they were on the list of approved Google vendors whose reviews are verified and can count toward google reviews as I think that is really important, but otherwise all of their other features are great and work very well.

THe customer service was outstanding. Had an issue setting the app on my premium theme and they fixed it quickly. Have plenty of apps, but this is the first one I reviewed because of their service.
