Straight after installing the app I emailed support with a question/request. Within minutes Norbert had replied with a solution and then did the changes for me. We're delighted with the app and service :)

Truly this is an excellent sale discount app. Very intuitive and easy to create and maintain all our discounts. We had some teething issues when we installed the app(due to our own errors) and Norbert from customer couldnt have been more helpful and sorted out our problem.

We've been using this app during our sales - and it's never let us down! The customer support is quick and friendly. They even customised one of their sale labels at our request. Nothing seems to be a problem for them.

Very happy with the service after installation and quality of the app itself. Would recommend it to other owners.

The app is incredibly easy to work with, is crazy how easy it makes the work of setting campaigns and discounts. Also their support team attention and work is incredibly fast. WOW! I've used several discount apps over the years, but this one is so simple, streamlined and does just what you need. The added benefit of the countdown timers on the header or product pages is a huge plus for that "ticking clock" to drive sales. I needed a little help with my tricky theme and Norbert was AMAZING at getting everything working - FAST. It just works and the support is great. With my particular layout and design - it looks seamless and purposeful within my design. Doesn't feel like some random injected plugin. Lots of design controls. Good app. Good support!

Amazing app—really simple to use with an easy setup! It worked perfectly. Great support - I wanted to change a few ways in which it was displayed, and Norbert (from their support) helped me in no time at all, going out of his way to change the code according to my preferences!

It is a great app to show the customized sale labels. It is really easy to configure and the UI/UX looks great and you can select a style from the preset labels. The support team also provided timely support when I met an issue. They fixed my issue in a few mins.

I uninstalled it, but it still charges me money, terrible!!! Don't buy this app!!

I have tried almost 17 apps for discounts and tried to contact the support of almost half of them, Heartcoding support is the best of them all. Also, I found that your app has everything I need at a reasonable price. That's besides the recurring campaign feature which is a great option for me as a drop-shipper while I have daily product updates. Thank you Norbert for the great support and the great app.

The service is great. We had a problem with the labels but it was solved 15min later! Norbert is so friendly and helpful. Didn’t expect such a quick service before Black Friday, but he did great. Definitely worth the download!

Fantastic app! I've tried others and came into all kinds of issues but this one does exactly what I need of it quickly and efficiently. Not only is it easy to use but super fast help is always on hand for new users or those who are not very technically minded. If you're trying to decide on a Sales app I would 100% recommend this one.
