The app works great; configuring yourself is possible, but I would recommend going through the configuration and then reaching out to support to verify and adjust; their support is really good, and they are able to get it working perfectly quickly. Highly recommend.

The team at SMPS is so helpful and reliable! they were able to help me set up my code correctly since I think I was doing something wrong. They came in and handled the entire thing for me. I would recommend this app.

I had a problem with the app. Got Chatting with a representative who was nice enough to educate me on what the requirements for the badge is. Not what I wanted to hear, but they surely gave me the knowledge to overcome the problem.

Firstly, it is great that this app is a "one time charge" and not a "subscription" app which so many other extensions unnecessarily use. Next I would like to thank Saad for his great support in helping me setup. I had a problem where I was using Merchant Center Next, which does not support the current integration for Google Reviews, however there was a workaround. Saad basically did most of the work for me and within a few minutes Google Reviews was working on my store. I can definitely recommend this to others in a similar situation to myself.

Simple to use and amazingly responsive support - definitely worth the money!

Code worked, their support text was useful in letting us know that email addresses associated with the store may not show the survey. We installed it outside Indian office hours, so never actually received support.

The app is brilliant, works as described. Also, the support and customer service is amazing, they help with the set up and guide step by step, including really useful details and I didn't expect. Especially, Milan is the great representative of the support team - very useful!
