Set up was incredibly fast and smooth. Amazing how great the customer experience was. Only complaint is that using the goaffpro domain for the affiliate portal (using my domain is only available in the paid offering) triggers a Chrome Safety Warning that is confusing and will send would-be affiliates away. Update: I requested help from Support and Anuj was timely, articulate and provided the solution. My experience with GoAffPro has been excellent. I'm a #customerforlife. Update Jan 2022 - I needed help with deleting some discount codes and Support was quick and explicit about what i needed to do. Another plus! Update Dec 2023 - Again, Support has helped me with some additions and refinements to the app on my site. GoAffPro - big thumbs up!

It's different to all the other cookie cutter affiliate apps. Way more functionality and the support is great.

I would recommend to start with this App. It has pretty much everything you need for Affiliate marketing program. Still needs to improve more features, but overall I would recommend it.

This app is not only highly configurable but can handle all my needs and aid conversions. Best of all I just asked a question… I have a collection called monthly sale that changes each month and that collection is on sale at 25% off in the checkout and how do I exclude paying affiliates for something that’s already on sale. They gave me an answer that should work. If you need this type of marketing app give it a shot!

In the world of overpiced SAAS companies trying to gouge their clients, GOAFFPRO is a rare gem that is extremely fairly priced and offers all of the functionalities of their competitors. We LOVE goaffpro. They find a solution for all problems we have. Their software has all the functionality we need. And they have very good pricing.

Great app to start or run an affiliate marketing program. They platform is intuitive and has many good features. Customer service is available and knowledgeable if you need any assistance.

we have been a loyal customer of Goaffpro for the past three years and have relied on their service to manage our affiliate program. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Over the last three months, we decided to make the transition to the GoKwik custom checkout system, believing it would improve our user experience. Unfortunately, for the past 20 days, we've been encountering persistent issues that have hindered our operations. What's even more frustrating is Goaffpro's response to the problem. They claim that the issues we're experiencing are solely due to the custom checkout system, but I strongly disagree with this assessment. I have conducted a thorough analysis of our setup, meticulously testing different scenarios, and it is evident that the problem lies within Goaffpro's platform, not the custom checkout. It is deeply frustrating that they have swiftly shifted the blame to the custom checkout without conducting a thorough investigation. Our frustration has been exacerbated by their reluctance to investigate the matter further. As loyal customers with a long-standing relationship spanning three years, I expected Goaffpro to take a more proactive approach to address this issue. Instead, we've encountered resistance and a lack of willingness to explore potential problems originating from their end. This approach is far from the customer-centric service we had come to expect from Goaffpro. In conclusion, my recent experience with Goaffpro has been disheartening. While the service has been reliable and efficient for years, their handling of the recent issues related to the custom checkout has left us frustrated and dissatisfied. We urge Goaffpro to reconsider their position on this matter and commit to a comprehensive investigation into the issues their customers are facing. Great app. We even requested a couple of customizations that they gladly did for us. Anytime we have had a small issue or questions they are quick to reply and help.

The app appeared to be functioning seamlessly until October 6th. For the past three months, we've utilized a third-party checkout system without any hitches. However, after making minor tweaks to the affiliate application on October 6th, affiliate orders ceased to be tracked. The support team seems quick to point fingers at the checkout process, yet we're confident the payment gateway isn't the issue. We feel the team is reluctant to delve deeper into the problem. Upon going through other feedback, I'm beginning to suspect that some positive reviews might be strategically placed to overshadow the negative ones. Can you please look into this and explain why the app was operating without any issues with the same payment gateway prior to October 6th?

The app offers a lot of flexibility and customization. However, the default email notifications can't be edited as long as you are on the free plan. Unfortunately, the default Japanese translation in the app is of such poor quality that ALL texts need to be rewritten from scratch. So depending on the language one is using, the free plan is never an option. I offered to provide GoAffPro with a flawless Japanese translation for the email notifications which would also benefit other Japanese shops, but they would rather force me to subscribe to their premium plan than improve the quality of the Japanese version. I find it also disturbing that replies to my inquiries don't include the name or contact information of the customer service person.

Great app, even free version offers enough features to start. They need to improve mobile app visually and fuctionally though.
