This app works great and the team offer fantastic support. They resolved all the issues I had with the app and now it works flawlessly. I would recommend this app if you need more options. I have used a paid app before however this works just as good and is free.

I downloaded this app to help with the different add on features I have for my products. I encountered a small issue where the add-on prices were not reflecting at checkout. I then reached out to support and Eric was AMAZING. He completely resolved the issue in a very short period of time! Now the features of this app work great! Not only has it boughten more traffic to my store it's even made me more sales! Would highly recommend for any small business owners that offer customization to their products! I downloaded this app to give my customers more options. I had some problems because with my cart add ons & also the add on price did not worked how I wanted it to work. Also the picture upload did not worked which was really frustrating for me. I emailed globo and immediatley received help from Eric. He supported and resolved every issue I had in a really fast time. Eric you really made my week - so happy that everything works so nicely. I can highly recommend this app - you have so much options and add ons which you can use. And also the design and how you can create them is so easy to understand. Again BIG thank you to Eric and the developers :-)

This is the best free App if you want to let yuor customers cutomize their product. It helped me a lot and the Support was always ready to solve my issues and answer to my questions. I highly reccomend to try the app before paying for something else.

UPDATE: The team responded quickly and fixed all of the mentioned bugs. Great team and in my view the best app on the market when it comes to customization! Thanks! Great potential in terms of design and way of creating the options. Definitely superior to other apps in that field. Problems: 1. File upload is limited to 2MB. 2. The creation of the options is lagging A LOT when you have 10-12 options, it becomes almost impossible to create or change options because it takes 5 minutes for each change BIGGEST PROBLEM: The main price does not change with changing the options. Therefore, you cannot use the app because the displayed price is not correct - in the card and at the checkout. Great potential, but definitely needs some work.
