I have tried at least a couple of similar apps to embed gift message and card widget onto my website. I really like this Giftnote the best of all. What is most important to me is the support. I have asked for a few help already in the firt few days of my trial and get answers back straight away or in a day, which I think is very prompt. Very happy with the app.

Incredible customer service. Within days our store already had gifts being given, and are now harvesting new emails of the gift recipients. This is an absolute no-brainer.

This app has been fantastic for implementing gifting functionality on our client's winery website. Flexible and versatile, we've integrated it with our CRM & email marketing platform seamlessly to personalise each gifting option and journey. Whenever we had a question, Nick was quick to respond and jump on a call to walk us through a fix or offer solutions. GiftNote has been an amazing app that has helped solve our gift messaging problem. We used to send the note that the user wrote to our 3PL to be printed on a piece of paper but now GiftNote digitizes this experience and enables the customer to decide when they want their message delivered. They integrate with all the carriers we work with and also integrate with our ESP so that we can style the email as we want. Nick and the entire GiftNote team have been extremely responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this app!

We love the giftnote app. We had a custom built solution that we ripped out in favor of gift note. The UX is perfect and the analytics are super helpful. The team was also great in helping onboard us. Highly recommend.

Nick was super helpful with setup - when we ran into some styling issues due to interactions with our custom shop theme, he quickly got us running in the exact design that we envisioned

Great solution for gifting for shopify stores. Only feedback I would have is it would be better to show assets as giftcards not just colours, but this is a feature longer term. Thanks

Giftnote is the perfect app for adding gift messages to orders. Love that users can decide to delivery via email or text right when items get delivered. This works great for us because our products are perishable. Very inexpensive compared to other apps but full of features. Nick has been great to work with! He responds very quickly to any requests and open to feedback too.

This app has been a game changer! We were stuck using Shopify's default gift notes system, which wasn't working properly with our warehouse. We spent money on our dev team to try and fix the issue to no avail. Customers were calling up and complaining. For e-gift cards, it was a cumbersome process for our customers. Gift note made it so much easier. Customers can now schedule the sending of the gift card and they also get an email confirmation once their recipient receives the email. And the emails integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo, which is our go-to ESP, as all apps integrate with it. Installation is easy as GiftNote sets it all up for you.

The team at gift note went over and above to support our implementation. The app works perfectly, fits in with our theme thanks to Gift Note and they have continued to support us and give us tips on how to optimise. Looking forward to gifting season when we will see the use of Gift note go crazy!
