we were getting customer feedback that not everyone had facebook; we had to look for a way that customers could interact with us immediately even though they didn't have a facebook account. and then we stumbled on a gem whatshelp. it's easy to install and looks professional. a great app.

The best multi-platform chatting and messaging app on Shopify. Period. We are into customized corporate trophies and awards. Our clients need to interact during the closure of sales due to the customization element involved. We tried a couple of other apps for chat available here, but honestly the learning curve was steep for us and for our clients as well. We came across WhatsHelp Chat Button, initially we were skeptical thinking...here we go again! Honestly going through the app page on Shopify and reading the reviews, we were a little confused regarding its pricing structure, while it says its free, one of the reviewers' comment of 1000 chats only being free was kind of a deal breaker for us, however, we contacted them on FB messenger and after explaining our concerns to them we were clarified that the pricing structure was for installing their api on native self managed sites and its was FREE for Shopify users! Convinced, we installed it (which is a breeze, if anything), and it was up and running instantaneously. The guys at the help desk were only too kind to help customize the chat button color to our brand color and we are stoked about introducing our clients to this new and user friendly interface. We've tested this integration and believe WhatsHelp will be a real game changer for our market (in Brazil). We desperately wanted a non-live chat option so we can respond to customers in a more convenient and personal way - without them feeling like they are prisoners to their screen until the chat session finishes (and not add a ton of stress to our operators as well). The Messenger and WhatsApp integrations are very smooth and the minimalist icon on our page is exactly what we wanted to keep a clean but functional chat on our site! After today's update, when a user clicks on the chat button, it takes him/her directly to the WhatsApp application (on a smartphone) or to WhatsApp Web version (on a desktop PC or laptop). nice and beatuiful app. but the mobile version is not so good cause it redirects the clients to outside the website, to the messenger app. and you can only have 1000 interactions for free

This app is a 10! It looks great and the sms messaging feature is the best part of it. So many customers are social now and messaging is a lot easier than picking up the phone and calling but this app has that covered to. It will even connect your customers by phone. Try it out. You will not be disappointed.

Just installed the app. It is BEAUTIFUL, SIMPLE & CLEAN! Was skeptical because its new with only a couple reviews but wow its FREE and provides MULTIPLE communication options and takes up almost no space on mobile. I love the fact it has Snapchat. This is WAY better than any of the paid versions as you let the customer CHOOSE where they want to communicate with you.

The WhatsHelp app has definitely made it easier for my customers to connect with me to fast track sales. This has helped me to provide better and faster customer service and a more personalised one as well. I recommend this app to all entrepreneurs.

So it took them a bit to get the Telegram Functionality working, which is what my business was TRULY after. Now that it's fixed and up and running it appears to be SEAMLESS!
