Definitely the best Shopify Geolocation app. We highly recommend this app. Its Klaviyo integration helps to improve customer segmentation. The app embed block inside the theme editor includes several customisation options, which makes it easy to match the app widget with our store branding. The option to blur out pricing unless the customer selects the shipping destination is a crucial feature for us since we have set different prices for certain products based on their country. This feature should prevent customer tickets regarding different prices for the same product on our store.

We just started using the app but the support has been amazing so far!! Luis helped to get everything set up and offered great suggestions on how we could improve things further.

Our company loves this app, and the service it priovides! We really needed an application to combine two stores, have custom messaging, and Geo-IP functionality. We've had measured improvements - less confused customers for our customer service team, increased traffic to the proper regions, increased international sales - we are so satisfied. Also, Orbe's customer service is top notch. They are super quick at answering questions, even during the super busy black friday period. Very thoughtful - they pproactively followed up with development team after a service request was finished. We can't recommend this company enough!

I find it necessary to share a balanced perspective with a 2-star rating for this app. While its setup is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and supported by a responsive team, we encountered a significant issue impacting some international customers, notably in Canada and the UK. These users experienced continuous page reloads on our site, rendering the store inoperable. Despite our efforts and those of the support team, who were unable to replicate the problem, a customer-provided video highlighted the faulty behavior of the site. Deactivating the app resolved the issue, as confirmed by the affected customer. Regrettably, this glitch has had repercussions on our Klaviyo campaigns and overall sales. I advise those considering this app to be vigilant and actively seek customer feedback to identify and address similar issues quickly.

We selected Orbe app because it is a cost-effective solution for user redirects and geolocation on multi-instance stores. Our experience working with Orbe team has been fantastic. Since the beginning of the project they have been very helpful and collaborative, even taking part in meetings and conversations just to give us some advice in SEO and geolocation issues. Our website is composed by five markets and we had very specific requirements however they have solved all our needs and the tool works perfect in every market.

We finally got Orbe working perfectly for us. It took a little bit longer than expected due to our somewhat unique requirements, as the app isn't fully suited to our needs. But Luis and his team helped us out very quickly and walked us through setup while helping us with some workarounds. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Orbe! After using it for about a month, we've only had some issues in the beginning when setting up. Luis and the support team responded super quickly and within a couple of hours everything was fixed, even though the fixes required some custom changes.
