Great customer service and website. Good rates for clothes and delivery. It's great that they have production in many countries.

I would like to say thank you to gelato manager Kyle for helping me deal with a few issues I was having in the beginning. He reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve the problems I were having as a first time customer. Even with a few hiccups I &felt the genuine care and I truly appreciate taking the time out and helping me have a better experience. So, I needed to change my past review from last time. I chose this site because of the great reviews, the products, and especially the neck label layout for their T-shirts. I’ve been looking for a company that I could be comfortable working with and I believe that this maybe the best choice. My shirts arrived in a timely fashion and they came out great! Can’t wait for my next batch to arrive. I’m satisfied. My only suggestion is that the customer service team gets better with understanding and knowing how to resolve issues better. Overall, I think this is a good start for your business.

Update Update... Thy seem to listen and take things serious. It might not be they implement new things right away, but things do take time and some things can not be done overnight. Since the last review, they have upped there game and there support is still really good, as its always been. I have not had any issues in a good while with quality, actually the quality seems to be really good again. Shipping time is okay, I would love it to be faster, but who wouldnt? Atm. the shipping time looks more than reasonable. The Pricing is good, and in most/many cases better than competion. The gelato app/system has gotten faster and much better. though still room for improvement. But overall its good. What I like is there respon on new ideas and that they actually want you to succed as a business. They wont do the hard work for you, but they do want to help as much as they can. And also it does seem that they do take it serious that the print companies they partned with has to live up to some high standards. The ones that in the past made som real bad things etc. I dont get them anymore (maybe the are kciked out again? Again, it does seem they do want to learn from there mistakes and make it right and better. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once good but not now!! where to start... Gelato has many good ideas. But Quality in many cases are not that good sadly. Seen better for sure, but its still in the range of okay When i first started out, i changed from printful, as there prices was starting to get to high (only problem I had really) and Gelato seemed okay on there prices and did offer an okay product range. The first orders I had, no issues, thoug not the fastest shipping. Now every order is made, and tracking number is made, the products sits for 1-2 weeks before it get shipped... WTF and thats not normal at all, make the product and ship it. Its not that hard at all And dont give me the crap about uh peak times. If you cant handle peak times, maybe just stop what your doing. You should for sure look into some of your printers, alot of them are NOT up to standard. The Support has always been really good. Now it all depends what agent you get. Some agents are simply put, just lazy, dont know what they are doing/talking about. So support is a question of luck to recieve good or bad support Its all good you sometimes reimburst orders thats not made, but that doesnt help against loosing customers in our end. I can sadly NOT at all recommend Gelato in current state I will most likely go back to printful or begin to make most products myself (As I do have a B2B print company)

Seamless and great integration. Makes it easy to create products in Gelato, and sync them to Shopify. A bit slow syncing, but not a huge problem.

I use the Gelato app daily, as my sole POD dropshipper for both my Etsy store and my Shopify dot com. I think Gelato is excellent: it works quickly, smoothly, effectively, and efficiently; I've had zero interest in looking into any other service. The mobile app is great, in some cases quicker and more effective than the desktop app (in approving orders, for example). The role that Gelato has played in magnifying the reach and breadth of my side-hustle can't be over-stated: it opened up the entire world to my products, substantially deepened my product line into frames, canvas, mugs, and t-shirts, and I regularly get compliments from many of my customers (some of whom are in far-flung locations like Perth, Australia) at how fast the service is, and how thorough the packaging is (a reflection on how Gelato chooses its international partners). My customer dissatisfaction rate is about 2%, but my satisfaction rate with how my dissatisfied customer issues have been addressed and resolved is 100%. Customer service reaction time is extremely quick, and clearly devoted to over-delivering solutions. Naturally the numbers have to make sense for your business, but I'm a Gelato Gold+ subscriber and that continues to stand as the easily the best ROI I've seen - absolute no-brainer. Having major issues with product availability and how to track availability. I chose Gelato to supply art prints for my store but found that many of the products are out of stock after I spent a long time creating them. There is no indication of stock levels or when products will be back in stock again. Support is poor, the agent is never available because of technical problems and no way of finding out if the products are out of stock and when they will be available again, or if they are in fact discontinued. Why have them in the product catalogue if they are discontinued or unavailable? , as it's very time-consuming to upload products in the first place. Seriously thinking of changing suppliers and starting all over again. Need support!

I ordered a metal print of one of my paintings as a test. I was shocked at the incredibly low quality. Colors were very dull. My greatest fear is that someone would order this product. Fortunately I’m just getting started and no one has placed an order. I have to assume all the other product of similar quality. Unfortunately I had to removed the app.

Gelato is perfect for my start up print on demand needs. Their platform integrated so easily with my Shopify store and continues to sync the products. They also have a free and timely tracking / reporting system for order progress. They also have great customer service and followup on everything. They help solve problems on the rare occasion one occurs (operator error (I) was the issue). Thank you Team Gelato.

Integration is not automatic when customers make an order in my store. Also, the address field only allows 35 chars, which means that in most cases you have to change your customers' orders for the address to fit the available address fields. Mug packaging is not great. Only cardboard around it, there's no bubble wrap or other kind of fragile material protection. That's not good at all and the sample I've ordered has reached me broken. Even though there's production in my country, all the orders so far have come from Germany. This leads to slower delivery times for me and my clients, which shouldn't be needed if there's production in Portugal. Other than these issues, Gelato is exactly what I was looking for and I do plan to keep using it for my small business. It does still have room to improve and that's why I'm leaving that feedback here.

I had a problem with one of the products (product damaged) in my order and they took action quickly to credit or refund that order. The Gelato team informed me of the next steps to follow when I encounter a futur issue which is really clear. My problem is the refund was made only on a Gelato wallet which only allows you to use it in a futur order in their store. Regards Olivier

Very good app. Great selection of tools and setting for beginners and professionals. I would like to see more free mockup templates in the future.
