Hands down this app is perfect for us. Has a lot if features and might take a novice user a little time to understand everything, but they have great instructions and ➡EXCELLENT customer service, especially Ms. Seda, who sat through everything I threw at her and did so without losing her cool. Recommended app for anyone needing to reach their international audience.

It's really lovely that it's free but it's a bit poorly made. First, the drop down design is 20 years outdated and looks bad with the theme. Second, the language menu overlaps menu text. Third, if you select a language you cannot switch back to the default language because your default language is not in the list of languages added to the menu... AND when you try to remove it some of the code still remains and translates text randomly and you have to waste time trying to manually remove the code from the theme, which just shows how poorly coded it is.

Terrible Customer service. We have over 6 globle websites, I reached out to customer support to get a better understanding off their SEO. BORYA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. Very degrading and when I told him how rude he was and that I will make sure I write an email to the CEO of the company, all off their apps across my sites were blocked and I was unable to install or communicate with them via chat. Terrible experience. I will never recommend this app!! terrible

I used this app because the language options wasn't showing on the web page. Suzan has been very quick to replying to me and help me with the issue. She also helped in positioning the language flags exactly where i wished it to be. Great!

I was scared to start using their platform for translating, but way less now. And their fees is very reasonable. Last night I installed it and it was not working like I wanted so I deleted it, and even the deleting was super easy. I just don’t understand why everyone is only talking about the others apps. Its working crazy good! it would be nice, if you could chosse a few sites not to be transleted for example the imprint. And it would be nice to chnage to colours of the widget.
